@@KirraPearson @Kirra Pearson, yes, dogs (and other animals, if they're close to you), will risk their own lives to save you! This type of dog is specially bred for rescues at sea, I think. (?Newfound-'land?) They could leave the child in his care and be 1000 percent certain of that little girl's safety. He's bonded to her. The main ingredient is LOVE.

Actually a dog can control it's bite force, just like cats when they drag their kids around with their mouth. But I assume the dog knows it would be scary for a human to get "biten" in flesh areas.

@@fredakurzbard4962 The way they titled the video i think it was a sort of playful way because where it said "saves" in quotation marks, it's sort of everyone knows it's not a save that's why the quotation marks. I think it was more of a look how much our dog loves his owners child that he "saves" her so much. I've seen some videos/clips and it says ( Not of this dog but from completely different dogs ) and it says "everyone says our dog is violent but look how violent he is because he's really violent to our child look" and then you see the dog cover the child is kisses and doggy licks. I think it was more of a trying to be funny sort of thing. I could be wrong of corse but that's the feeling i got from this video. 😊

✨Good dog! I had a dog that saved my little girl from an oncoming speeding car! She was about the same age as that little girl. My dog grabbed the hood on her coat, dragged her back out of the street just in time! She wasn't laughing though the car almost hit her, she was scared & started to cry. And hugged the dog. Это и благо и бич этих собак ,идеальная нянька для ребёнка,из минусов это то что собака будет следовать за ним буквально везде ,если хотите почувствовать как ходят с телохранителями то эта собака подойдёт вам)))ну и совместные прогулки ,в школу,в туалет,в общем везде,будьте к этому готовы ,сильно привязывается к детям,у меня доходило до того что при попытке устроить шутя драку,собака становилась впереди и как бы проводила линию за которую ни мне ни моему оппоненту не позволялось пересекать ,как только я уходил собака тут же прекращала блокировать движение ,так же действует с незнакомыми людьми ограничивает доступ корпусом в радиусе 1,5-2х метров ,так же готовьтесь к тому что собака будет поддерживать игры ребёнка а она не маленькая,всё что можно перевернуть или опрокинуть будет свалено,при этом собака понимает прекрасно что перевернула ,но действует как пофигист)))не заморачивается в общем перевёрнутым вашим креслом считая лишним его))))

Dog actually helped us in evolving and they also helped develop the part of our brain that is responsible so empathy and compassion. Obviously there were alot of different factors that propelled us into what we are today but I thought it was cool that our furry friends played a big role in this. Dogs are the truest of friends. Never says I hate you, always happy to see you, willing to do ANYTHING you want to do and unwavering loyalty. If humans were even a fraction of that, this world would take over the universe.

Brilliant how its natural instincts kicked in and pulled her from what may of been danger .

I love how the dog was anxiously watching over the girl and the waves until a wave went over her head and she squealed and his nerves couldn’t take it anymore.

Sometimes animals don't know the difference between crying and laughing. When my son was 2 we were getting ready to go outside. He was excited, laughing and squealing. I was also laughing. I was standing over him because a) he was sitting on the floor & b) I had just got up from tying his shoes to get his sweater. Suddenly out of nowhere one of the cats ran at me & bit my leg. I yelled. Bryce suddenly got quiet and there is my cat standing between my son & I with the impression, it was clear, that I was being loud at him & he was frightened. I think it was the fact that I responded to her with shock not anger that made her believe she miscalculated. Bryce is petting her in that slightly hamfisted way 2 yr olds have saying "It's ok, Ari" I'm saying the same only adding " you aren't in trouble. Don't worry." She still didn't come near me for hours. I have the scar 24 years later.

@Destiny Destiny It's wonderful that you took her in. All of the cats I've had ( 13 over the years ) have been rescued. One now, Tiffany, will cry and come near looking plaintive but the second you try to touch her, she runs away. Drives you batty. Finally I end up yelling the same things one is always a lead up to the second final 'I've had it with you' warning. First she gets: You have kibble, clean litter & fresh water. What more do you want fron me if I am not allowed to touch you? The final straw, usually an hour later is: Ok, next time, I shoot you. Then I slam a small water bottle just for that purpose on the coffee table. She keeps it up. She gets a shower. 😀

I had a Newfoundland dog as a kid. We went to the beach all the time and he stood guard over us. My Dad dove thru the Center of a large innertube one time when we were at the beach, and our Newfie, ran from the beach to the innertube, in deep water, and grabbed my Dad by his shorts and dragged him back to shore to make sure he was ok. These dogs are great rescuers and protectors. Especially at the beach or in the deeper waters. Love them to infinity and beyond. ♥️🖤🐾🐾🖤♥️

@@peri-lynnerutter4443 there are similar to a point Newfoundland have more of a flat snout and a little bit taller, but Ovcharkas are just pure power and not for the faint of heart ! If my life depended on it, I would want to have an Ovcharka defending me .. My little (165 pound) girl is amazing

My dog used to do this to my little sister. I was always a strong swimmer but she wasn't. He would pull her by the shirt. She was so light it was nothing for him. If she didn't have a tshirt he would try to get her to hold on to his tail while he swam to shore. He was beautiful German Shepherd that my dad got for security at his business but we spoiled him. He was an amazing dog Boofa was his name 💜💜

I’m pretty sure this dog is a Newfoundland. Newfoundland (nanny dogs) specialise in saving people who are drowning. They are amazing swimmers, and don’t need much walking as they are MASSIVE but sleepy and droopy fluff balls ❤😂
