As I watched this video I felt both sad and some relief. This poor dog must have felt miserable with all of this fur weighing her down. And the hair in her ears! Groomers are patient and caring. This dog behaved well. I want to hug the dog and groomer. Thank you! I could not always hear what the groomer was saying due to the music and voice overs

Some people really don't deserve animals. The fact that they 'didn't know' that the dog needed this and then had the audacity to argue that their dog didn't need shaving kinda shows that they are neglecting their dog big time. If you get an animal simply for the sake of getting an animal but are not willing to put in the effort or time necessary to care for that animal, then that animal needs to be removed and you need to be put on a list to prevent you from getting one again. For shame on those owners.

I agree totally.i have two dogs that I am constantly combing and cutting hair. They were shelter dogs. I am low income but my dogs are in good shape. No mats, they are groomed every day. I cut their hair when needed. It doesn’t look as good as a professional hair cut but they are not uncomfortable with mats and sore ears.

I love the fact that you are so calm and relaxed. Do you change the razor blades?because they get hot if they work that hard , that could be why he doesn’t like to be touched. Hopefully his owner cares more for the doggy now. ❤️

He is such a great little dog ashame to let him go so bad. I have two cats and groom them monthly. He's so tiny you would think that it would not take that long to keep him upgroomed omg you can almost put the little guy in your pocket so small😎

When you put music in you can not hear when you speak music drowns everything out

he is an awesome dog to work with & thank god you did clip him right down. his knots were that tight they would start to cut circulation off on his legs soon

I’ve seen worst! But yes a lot of these matted dogs, somehow doesn’t mind the grooming! Maybe they feel relieved!

I wouldn't believe the owner either. Never in a million years would I ever let my fur baby get in that state. This poor dog had had this for months upon months to get its coat that bad which makes me so incredibly angry, it must of hurt getting that off him surely but he was so well behaved and so very glad of the help. Well done for doing what's best for the dog

Yes I think this dog is such a good dog. I think sometimes owners don’t realize that they need to either do some work on the dog themselves or spend some money for others to do the work.

Do they know that he needs to be brushed every day without fail And that his ears need cleaning once a week? I wonder if the owner did any research before getting this breed of dog. I get that some ppl may be unaware or even fall on very hard times but in the very least she could of reached out and asked for help if that was the case. To argue with you about shaving his incredibly matted fur when that's exactly what he needs is crazy to me. You know as a groomer from experience what a dog does and doesn't need. You did an incredible job with this lil guy. He looks like he could jump for joy at the end bless him. I think if that was me and if I'd got rid of that horrible fur coat I'd be the same.

I use heiniger sapphire in this clip, it’s a good brand doesn’t heat as fast as most other brand, ( oster I found heats up so easily)

Didn’t see you change blades at all, was there any reason why not? Every one else does so even same size due to getting warm , especially as clippers work extra hard due to matting. You may have done this off camera and we didn’t see but just interested why yours didn’t get warm etc or need changing if this is how it appears on film. Dog has wonderful temperament, has she been before? Cheers🐾🦋

What kind of dog is this little fella? Mine looks identical to him with the exception of light tan ears and a few tan spots on his back. I adopted my dog in January and still don't know his breed. We're thinking Miniature Poodle Mix of some sort, but are unsure. We only know that he doesn't shed much and that he's "hypoallergenic" lol

So sad these owners let this sweet pup get so bad! Don’t they realize how uncomfortable their baby must have been? I have a cockapoo, almost 14, and she requires regular grooming . How could these owners NOT KNOW this pup was In bad shape. This pup was as good as gold . If the owners don’t change they don’t deserve him!

I only wished your clippers were much stronger, almost like those sheep shear clippers, just so his poor skin didn’t have to be tugged. Poor little sweetie. I bet the owner doesn’t forget their haircut or getting the nails done. This is just shameful. I don’t know if I could have given this little love back to go live like that again

I used a 7 instead of a 10 blade, so at least he have a little bit of fur on the body. So it does t look like it’s going tru smoothly.

I feel like, when you decide to be a dog Mom or Dad, you have a responsibility to know what your dogs perfect condition should look like. Once a month i check my dog over from his nose to his tail and his entire under carriage [as we call it]. Nail clip every 6 weeks. Bath every 6 weeks because he has some allergies. I check and clean his ears once a month. He is a Treeing Walker Coonhound and their ears are really long. If you are going to have a pet, learn as much as you can about your dog that way groomers wont find shit like this and think you are a neglectful owner...because if your dogs ears are this and, you ARE a neglectful owner.

Great dog but horrible filming! All we watched was your arm and couldn’t see anything or hear anything! Maybe if you spend more time on getting better angle shots for us to watch instead of all the other nonsense you put in the videos, it would be better and you’ll get more views! Nobody wants to hear the music or see emojis blocking the little bit we could see. Lovely dog and so adorable

Luckily around that time I think it was beginning of spring! ( that’s when a lot of matted dogs come in to take off their winter coat!)

Wth is wrong with the owner to let her dog get like that. That is disgusting and she should be ashamed of herself. Shoot I would never let a dog get like that and I always take my pets to the vet if they are suffering. I don't have dogs but my cats are my world. I do what I can for them.

That's a terribly neglected dog eye's ear's hair completely matted if she pets the dog she had to see and smell the ears that's a horrible way to be treated

Hahaha yes usually I just smile cos you know they won’t change. I have owners that comes in every 3 weeks just so that their dogs r neat and tidy. And you have the ones that says they are too busy and can only come every half a year.
