Teardown CAV Fi-III $4000 3-way bookshelf speakers look inside and disassembly. Does the speaker quality match the price? Realy huge $4000 price for that type loudpseakers, but what about build quality? The Bass and mid woofer is AB12-166S02 DCR:5. 5 ohm and the coaxial speaker is AB12-087C02 6 ohm

They have a nice sound because of the three way design and have a nice bass because of a separate bass driver. They don't sound 4k dollar worth, but they sound decent.
Excellent vid. No Rez is an inexpensive upgrade.

Very interesting!! And kinda sad to see... I really know that high end can sound better, but I can't imagine a good $1000 diy system sounding less decent than a $4000 system that looks like my $30 stereo speakers from the facebook marketplace lol. But I imagine they should sound somewhat decent, but not worth the price
why put a magnet behind the armor? it won't work? I'm talking about MID bass speaker

Build quality is pretty good ive seen worse but goddamn 4k?? Thats atleast $120 for the whole set

A scam at its finest. That woofer looks like your average Samsung HT subwoofer which DEFINITELY doesnt cost 4k
God.. These look super cheap. Even my 100$ Edifiers have better Speakers lol
