This brings to mind a common thought, I hope, that not just I have. Man always labels things they don’t understand or are unable to explain that then gets passed through the grapevine for discussion that can’t be had for a belief that doesn’t exist yet. If the past isn’t real, then the Bible is just a fable. Prophecy is just happenstance.

enjoy the moment my friend. All era's have their " sucky " times.
The past did exist and the present does exist. Both states require each other… like two sides of a coin. The future, on the other hand, is like the weird relative that shows up once a year at Christmas, gives a bag of weed for yankee swap, eats way too much food, pisses everyone off, then vanishes for 364 days.
There is no Past, Present or Future. There are only Fleeting moments of Now!

The present exists, the past existed, and the future is what will exist. So, no. It no longer currently exists.
the past is relevant to present and always dictates what is present. so without past being relevant to present then the present wouldn't exist. so yes the past does exist but not the same way as the present.
