While our book does suggest a minimum of five staff members, that doesn't mean you can't apply the principles to your own business or consulting practice. You can tailor the SYSTEMology steps to fit the needs of your business.
Start by creating your Critical Client Flow and start recording videos to capture those identified tasks. As you get busier, you can hire a virtual assistant (VA), have them read SYSTEMology, and watch the videos you've recorded. Then delegate the task to them to document those processes.
The key is to start building a systems culture ASAP. The sooner you start, the sooner you will reap the rewards.
