Whats your opinion on this for building processes? 1. Infinity Current Issues in my Current Situation (Effects) 2. True reason why this is happening (Cause) 3. Gather Process solution information. Do the opposite Inputs of the cause to get the effect we want (Get requirements from people achieved) Question requirments and test in market 4. Remove the 80% low impact, keep 20% High impact (You can argue about more inputs being inprocess but have the minimum 20% inputs for success) 5. Simplify or Optimize the process 6. When all finished accurate cycle time of process 7. Automate is final stage

I've been a small business owner for over 30 years. I own a small roofing company. I find the best employees of the ones that I hire fresh out of high school, who can't even spell roofing, and only know what I teach them. I make mini me's. Several of them have gone on to have their own small independent businesses based off of what I have taught them. When a 35 year old man is able to make almost a million dollars in a year after paying taxes, I think I did pretty good. This man is 100% correct

In a Very Broad view of things this is correct. A Machine mentality has its place and time and is Important in completing projects. But the individual performance of each part or person IS the Mechanism that WILL dictate the overall performance and Quality of that project. So the individual part or person Must be addressed. This requires a management style that addresses the Human element. We accomplish this by spending time on Employee Relationship Management. To many levels to discuss on this medium, but it must be learned and perfected if you want a Superior Product.
