Well, the cosmetics industry has done spectacularly well selling us all snake oil for centuries, so fizzy water is fairly believable and low-key in comparison to some of the ridiculous things we take at face value.

@@danielwilliams173 Chunkz has co hosted an award show with her and he said there were some really last minute changes so she didn’t even know what would come up on the teleprompter even when they were live. But she’s so professional and quick at thinking on her feet that no one could even tell. It just seemed like she done the same as at rehearsals

I preferred them all sitting at the same desk, there's something less cosy and 'Not on the same team' about this set up, like The Weakest Link and other game shows where they're separate as they're competing

Why would this be regarded as laughable? Even by a 'normal' member of the public? It's not like sparkling water is massively expensive (although it's certainly more expensive than tap water). Maybe if more people did it, we wouldn't have so many people with wrinkled faces.
