You are wrong. The key word is "betrothed". This means she is already property of her soon to be husband. The penalty in this case is d3ath. In case she is not betrothed she is still property of her father and the r4pist has to pay the father for "damaged goods" and marry the victim since the father can't get money for her anymore. R4pe to them was a property crime and not about the victim. But you could also "marry" a virgin sold to you, or a captured virgin girl or woman. This wasn't considered r4pe but was since it was s3x without consent.
