It's really commendable how kannada film industry changed... Like I still remember being from kasaragod who know both malayalam and kannada it's not even question that malayalam film was always giving good content oriented films but in the other side kannada it was mostly over acting and remake movies .. So being a half kannadiga it's good to see kannada movie growth as movie enthusiastic it's great pleasure for me😍

You are wrong.Kannada movies were great since times immemorial. Only thing is we never marketed it properly and the media which were filled people from TN and kerala never gave proper credit and were showering false accolades on their own language cinemas. We were making the finest movies when even malayalam and other languages were churning out below average movies.Most of malayalam movies are copied from Hollywood and other foriegn language movies. And every industry has remakes for which they pay money and purchase the rights unlike malayalam industry which decietfully copy and project it as their own. A small example of how brilliant SANDALWOOD was, would be the brilliant MALGUDI DAYS which was a 100 % contribution of Kannada technicians.

And most of them are are copied and remakes from malayalam
