I've gotten a few levels through Halo lasso because my friend really wanted to. But I had to stop because it wasn't fun and I told my friend that. And he didn't get it. He found someone else to play through all of MCC via lasso. After that they never returned to MCC again. Some people are just there to get 100% achievements and leave and that really bothers me.

@@jennythegiant it's happened to several of my friends from like 2019 ago, Maybe longer than that. Anyway, I deactivated my Xbox live Gold almost a year ago because All I play is MCC and Perfect Dark. And when it comes to Halo co-op is all I like doing really, Halo 1/2 are my favorites to co-op and it's difficult to find people anymore so I just unplugged myself from all that and like that I stopped feeling the need to get drunk every other night while I play video games. And eventually I got sick of the video game hobby altogether and I'm more productive in my everyday. Online gaming was a mistake, we need to embrace our local communities and grow family of our own who weren't addicted to this nonsense. Yes I am projecting heavily. I've been traumatized on dating again since my divorce like 8 years ago. But since I stopped drinking I stopped hating myself. Who would have thought

I play on m+kb, so no aim assist there. However, I wouldn't mind chief straightening out the barrel on the carbine. Maybe then it will actually hit where I'm aiming.

You should get into ce. Aim assist def matters in that it’s a night and day difference lol. The magnum is almost worthless without it 😢

The next hard game you should play is Dark Souls/Elden Ring, even if they aren't as hard as Halo 2 Laso, or even POE which is.

Turning it off has never bothered me since I aim just about every single shot to begin with and haven't really relied on the noob combo much if at all either. The ONLY exception is bay2 since there are so many ultras in there, you simply aren't killing them without it especially once the dual wields come out. The first bay I don't care, the 2nd I do. But I always verify just about every shot before I fire so aim assist never affected my shots. Always verify your target before you shoot. Most games I play don't have aim assist on either so I'm already used to having to aim to begin with. Edit: I should also mention, I don't use glitches or exploits to beat H2 On leg either. I do it normally. Probably the only levels that have made me suffer are cario (again, I do not use the noob combo and everything is relatively easy until you get to bay2), gravemind (mostly just the very first room as you can get killed before you can even move which is stupid af), the granola ride on zone (because trying to kill 12+ flood at once when they each have a TTK on you of less than a quarter of a second on you is stupid if you are trying to do it legitimately), and killing tartarus because if you are trying to do it without any exploits, fighting the brutes which will 1-2 shot you with 100% accuracy is stupid. Tartarus also lives forever, it's such a slog, that's why no one bothers with doing it legitimately (not even me). And don't even get me started on if johnson cannot hit him at some points based on where he is. . .

Controller players when they realise they're actually bad at Halo without bowling alley bumber rails 😎 This is why Gyro controls need to become more standard, you can actually 1v1 MnK without Aim Assist

That's why I love crysis 1 on switch. Mild gyro enabled I can rely on my own stability rather than a lose thumb.
