So far so good. Hope to finish planting soybeans the 1st time tomorrow. We shall see if we need to paint any a 2nd time. My neighbor did some replanting last week - I think the ground was too cold and wet when he planted the 1st time around.

Gas is $3.19 at my local Coop. Diesel at the nearest truck stop to me was $3.27 today when I drove by. It is supposed to rain here again on Thursday into Friday.

Don't need to be very deep if you have rain coming. Thanks for the videos.

just to let you all know diesel is now $7.10 per us gallon in ireland €1.71 per litre,

Michael, in Longford we can get 1000ltrs plus drop marked diesel for 1 Euro and 8 cents delivered 29 May.which isn't a lot different. Gasoline is a different story.

I have many years ago. I'm thinking I will plant soybeans with my corn planter after I take off the wheat this year, just for better penetration thru the wheat straw.

Morgantown ,wv 3.99 diesel with 3.55 to 3.59 for gasoline thanks to all those Sheetz stores here. We have 6 of them.

We have both Sheets & Wawa - probably 6 in the county between the 2. I personally try to avoid them and instead go to the mom & pops. I may pay a couple more pennies but I think it's important to keep the money local.

I have been watching your channel from here in the Real Scotland uk.since the wheel fell off your combine, But can i ask how long has your farm been in your family.

Thank you for another interesting and enjoyable video. As a retired old timer I enjoy the chat and opinions more than the field work. You really should make a video, even if not for your channel about how the Tennysons came to St Marys, how they got their farms. Somebody cleared that beautiful land, what crops, livestock, horses and number of men needed to work the place. Every year there is less people who might know. As one gets older you think more about the ones who before.
