a black paint marker on the outside edge when done cleans up the cut edge real nice

I spent an out sanding the edge from 120 up to 1500 then hand polish. Made a world of difference

Really like the Wickerbill except the entire edge is very sharp and should be smoothed to prevent cuts!!!

Idk what happened but that 25/64 was Too BIG I ended up having to use gorilla glue on the rivets to hold them in place

First and only time I used a riv nut many years ago, it came with no tool at all. I drilled the hole exactly to what they said and the riv nut was loose in the hole. It was suppose to be loose. I figured out how they work and expanded it until it was a snug fit. Then continued expanding it until it was done. Your hole was fine.
