We pray not to Saints but Through Saints. Be careful not to fall into Nestorian heresy. May God’s blessing remain with you always.

@@AngelLPena The Nestorian heresy claimed that Jesus was a human person. Jesus was a divine person with two natures, the nature of God and the nature of man. He was united in his divine person,God in both, but natures undefiled.Hypostatic union. This has nothing to do with praying, asking for intercession, to the saints or the Blessed Virgin. This is the communion of the saints, a dogma of the church that all catholics must believe in!

No offense, but I cringe whenever I hear that we pray through rather than to the saints. It isn't either or but both. "Pray" does not mean "worship as God"; instead it means to ask. We pray both to God and to the saints and through the saints. We revere the saints. We worship, as God, the Most Holy Trinity, alone.

The Church is a historic institution and Im not in a position to Judge their keen knowledge but about apparition it's better to tell the following the sign and symptoms of apparition so they won't get confused. Thank you

Mary as co redemptrix was discussed as a dogma at the second Vatican council but this was never adopted. Mary contributed to Christs redemption of us by agreeing to become the mother of God.

It was dropped to please the enemies of the Church, just like Pilates, while finding no fault in Him, condemned Him to please the crowds. But it was a chastisement for we had not the faith and grace to believe and thrust in the Lord's aid, nor His Love for His Church and His Mother or us...

See what men do to please men, they sell God and even His Mother... How can you hide a city built over a mount? How can a candle illuminate more under the table? The Lord Loves the City He has founded over his Holy Mount; more the Doors of Zion than the Tents of Jacob.

She is co-redemptrix as far as the fact that through her, our Lord entered the world.

I am so happy to see that canon law has been reformed and simplified on this matter. There are so many false apparitions leading people astray, and some get so obsessed with them that they know more about it than the teachings of our faith. I am all for true private revelations and I believe in many over the centuries. But this idea that Mary needs to give messages to thousands of people that are dire for the faithful to hear is nonsensical and dangerous to souls. It gives great risk of unhealthy cults forming. There is an arrogance with some of these seers very similar to those who claim to get messages from aliens. It can be subtle, but it ends up being all about how important the seer is in revealing this or that to the world. Not that this guarantees authenticity, but real seers are humble. They don't want to stay in the spotlight.

Its a very special doctrine of faith.

There are hundreds of supposed apparitions every year so it is up to the Catholic Church to subject and test these alleged apparitions according to tradition and scripture and scrutiny.

Exactly, otherwise we couldn't say She is the Mother of God, for people may wrongly understand She is the Mother of God the Father...
