Adoni Media’s Leisa Goddard says a doctor would have a “field day” assessing US President Joe Biden’s cognitive capabilities.
“You would have to be living under a rock in the US if you were not across the fiasco … he fails a cognitive test nearly every time he is out in public never mind a physical test of walking up steps,” she said.
“You could just tick them off, a doctor would have a field day with those.”

I am a Nurse Assistant working with dementia patients for years, I have see the symtoms on him declining for years, he has dementia!!
His congnitive test make him more dementia. It did work for him.

Parkinson's \medication connected with same. Aging - decreasing ability & memory. But what you see, mask like features, slowness & gait are Parkinsons. Wording faltering & finding skills - downward decline towards dementia. IMHO and that was evident four years ago.

Two aneurysms and two brain surgeries is not a good starting point when going into rapid onset dementia.

Parkinsons would not surprise me in the least, he freezes so it would some form of epilepsy wouldn't surprise me either. That shuffle he pulls off wouldn't help him in any ultra-marathon. He's just not up to the task of leading nor showing any leadership skills.
