I have Parkinson’s. So does Biden. I’m 44, diagnosed 15 years ago. I’m an expert in the disease and can identify it easily in others. Watching Biden, in looking in mirror. Btw, Sometimes my meds work, called being “on”. Sometimes they don’t, “off”. On or off is near impossible to control. I can literally go from off to on during a conversation (like the debate). Voice and speech changes are common in people with Parkinson's disease. He constantly brags and exaggerates, he is an habitual liar, he surrounds himself with Yes men, he denies he lost a free and fair election, he lacks empathy, he needs constant admiration, America has two candidates who are not fit to be the next President, God help America.

Show me where Trump showed ANY signs of decline? He got perfect scores on 2 cognitive tests, one while in office, another after leaving office. He looks, acts, and thinks like he is 50, not 90 like FJB. Age is not the only factor to consider. I would rather have a "smart 50-year old" like Trump who has PROVEN he can do the job, than some fast-talking 35-year old wimp who never actually did a day's work in his life.
