I think its safe to say had he had a few medical checkups, he may still be around today and still working like Tom Baker is.

Terry Tanktop He was 70 in 1989 so yep he'd be in his mid 90's but he could still be acting. Christopher Lee kept at it as has Geoffrey Bayledon, who played the Crowman in Worzel Gummidge. He's still acting today.
