This is exactly what I’m dealing with right now, since finding the man I’d been with 20 years committed suicide last March things have been extremely difficult in everything and being a single mom of 2 boys and NO family I feel like I’m drowning and things just get worse and worse instead of better. I’m tired of feeling like that. Keep me in y’all’s prayers please and I want God to help lead me where I need to be and help show me what I need to do

I'm praying for you and the dark time your in. I can just imagine the emotional, mental, physical, and financial stress your in. Just the weight of those crushes. In psalm 34:18 "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." It a promise, you are not alone. God with you and he shoulder your pain, loss, grief anger all the hurt he can help. Don't be afraid to tell God how bad it hurt, and how damage you feel. God understands and his big enough to handle the problems you're facing. That what healing God given me, that he gives to you, and your boys. God bless you.

I feel your pain and truly understand. I've had many people in my life take their life. Just know suicide is not the answer, you have so many who love and depend on you. Also never ever loose Jesus, God and the holy spirit. Keep Jesus in your heart always. Whether it's church, rosery devine mercy or praying the bible. Remember Jesus and God loves you🙏

Although pain and trauma cannot be compared let me tell you my friend, a Christian, needed very major surgery. The night before her op, her very fit husband had a stroke. She had to continue with her major 4 hours op. During that time, her beloved husband was pronounced brain dead. She woke up to a friend, a nurse, telling her. She was allowed home. Even allowed to be with her husband for 2 days re switching off life support. When she was able to make it through a day without support re her surgery, she told me. 'I never imagined I'd be a widow at 54, but I am a daughter of the King of Kings and I want to face this head on with HIm. 6 months later, she is doing very well. Her body is now recovered and everything big or small is taken to the Lord...even tearfully. Trust Him, Christy, with everything. I know suicide is a hard blow. My friend, another Christian, brutally killed herself and left 5 kids aged 15 and older when she was widowed. Take care, great care.💕🙏💕

I believe. 5 years ago, I had a vision of the Lord Jesus after I prayed for healing. I was healed. We have a living, merciful God. Seek Him with all your heart. Pray sincerely. (John 14:21)

Jesus absolutely wants to heal and transform today! I had atypical bipolar disorder which took 6 years to medicate. Once medicated I couldn't function at all on the most basic level. I was a zombie. I received a lot of emotional healing over the years, directly from Jesus and I've been off all medication for almost 8 years now without ANY bipolar symptoms at all. Hallelujah! I also have to agree that the church is THE WORST at supporting people suffering from mental health conditions. All of the Christians I knew left me, stating my problems were too big for them.

Hallelujah! Praise God. I also was healed of major depression disorder and cptsd. It was a long, long hell that He saved me from. Part of His 'therapy' was to show me how to completely rely on Him. I was so long trying to keep myself together and I stopped trying to fix myself and gave it all to Him, that's when His healing really kicked in. I'm in awe of His mercy.

I experienced the overflowing Love of Christ on April 22, 1973, when I surrendered and committed my life to Christ Jesus, I was a heroin/cocaine addict and Jesus healed me completely, and today I am serving Him humbly and obeying His Holy Words, and Preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

"From the head to the heart," I definitely want to know that transformation. I know about Jesus intellectually but not in my heart. I want to know Jesus Christ in my heart too.

I saw Jesus . He is so so very real and after that dream I heard Heavenly choir singing for 8 hours. Something that I will never forget. @@sanjanadias3105 I think Satan causes that loneliness. I watched a video about people who died and went to hell them came back. One guy said that Satan puts chains over people and the weight of those chains gives anxiety, depression, loneliness and even headaches and migraines. I never thought of it that way. So now I rebuke Satan in the name of Jesus! All those feelings are gone. Occasionally they creep back and I rebuke them again in Jesus name! There are many things on our side, Jesus made sure he has our back, holy spirit lives within us, angels are watching over his children. Satan cannot win! John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comment to the father but by me. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God through Jesus Christ our Lord. Matt 7: 7&8 Ask and it shall be given you: seek, and ye shall find: knock, and it shall be open unto you. When Jesus calls it's in his timing not ours I waited 8 years crying begging sitting in church pews for the release of addiction and I'd walk out of church drinking I would sit in front of TV ministers praying and begging to the point of suicide ended up in intensive care finally after 8 years it must have been at that point I really hit bottom and Jesus knew my heart and Drew me to him and saved me as I pleaded and helped for a God I did not know and he said don't worry be happy... I knew he was real... he knew how to reach me through my sense of humor that I did not even know I had...praise God and his hosts

Such Love

I was in bed asleep and started choking, it may have been apnea I don't know, I was terrified and in fear, I called out to Jesus 3 times and it stopped instantly, I lay there for a minute then opened my eyes and being grateful, but then at the end of the bed a man was sitting there, I could just see his face around his eyes and cheeks but not his mouth, I looked away then looked back and he was still there, then my mobile phone next to the bed lit up and I could see his face and it was an olive colour, his eyes looked down at the phone being lit up and then I fell asleep Who else could it be, I called on Jesus to save me then this man is sitting in my dark lit room on my side of the bed but near the end of it. Jesus is real. In the bible, he said "If you abide in me I will abide in you"

God is our heavenly father, so it is only natural that he knows us all by name. Blessings to all who believe in him and his son Jesus.

This is what I was thinking this morning before I watch this video. God has healed me emotionally three years ago. But I needed to get medicine for my anxiety caused by stress of broken marriage and perimenopause. I have been taking medicine prescribed by the doctor and I am feeling great. He is right that there's a emotional component and also physiological component.

TRULY TRULY I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin "THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE". THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A TRUE RELATIONSHIP WITH CHRIST JESUS. ANYBODY CAN SAY THE PRAYER KNOWN AS THE SINNERS PRAYER (which is a start) BUT THAT HEART CONNECTION COMES WITH A PERSONALISED WANTING TO KNOW HIM and REALISATION OF HIS PRESENCE WORKING IN YOUR LIFE THROUGH theHOLY SPIRIT. IF THE SON SETS YOU FREE YOU ARE FREE INDEED. "THANKYOU JESUS".

Can I please get a prayers. I get very strong depressions and have other health issues w/ pain and fatigue, even when not depressed. My relationship is likely finished, which I knew before the depression hit. I find it hard to fathom how I will make it on my own. I'm a lifelong believer, and my trust in salvation and heaven is strong. My faith for circumstances could be stronger. We are encouraged to not fear and I lean on these scriptures, but I admit to being very afraid at times.

I had similar situation; husband moved us across country (infant and 2 year old), got a girlfriend, moved out and taunted me! I cried and prayed for 2 years and an opportunity came up (on Easter Sunday!) to go into a career I could never have imagined having. God was always with me, the timing just wasn't right until it was right. The kids and I were the core group, they ended up going to top universities (excellent students) and I am teaching religion at my church. My wonder and gratitude will never cease. God was with me through every tear, whether I knew it or not. Never cease praying and asking.

I love Jesus! He came to me years ago. He said Ellen, come to me. His arms were outstretched. He opened up the clouds that he was standing on top of! I love that. He loves us so much! I will never understand how he loves me.

Thank you doctor for all that you do! Having mental illness is so hard for anyone but especially for those who walk in faith. My mom has been through lots in her life (not mental health wise) but has always been a believer and I grew up in a Christian home so when I came to her trying to describe my horrible anxiety to someone who has never had to struggle with that particular thing she told me about the bible verse which says not to be anxious about anything but to give all your worries to God because he cares for us. And that the devil tries to put worries in your head but you can control your thoughts. Needless to say that didn't help so she didn't understand when I went on medication for years. But the good news is that God can heal anything including mental illness. If you go through it though remember there is a purpose to your pain but God also sees our suffering and wants to help us. He is close to the brokenhearted it says. And I never actually fully believed that he uses what the devil meant for evil for our good but it is very true

Oh God is so faithful. These past week I've been struggling deeply with the fact that im on medication for depression for more than two years. I was praying almost daily about it. I felt trapped in feeling guilty and not trusting God for healing. I thought I'm a failure as a christian until i listened to this program. I'm so glad i decided to listened to it.

I hope you keep on w/ the medication and stop feeling guilty. You wouldn't if you took insulin for diabetes. I almost comitted suicide, as a strong believer until I got on medication. It helped the first few years to reduce to a medium depression. Lots of faithful believers still have depression. Some get delivered, most do not. Don't let people put an extra burden on you. You have enough.

Faith without works is dead - frequently, the solution we seek requires an action on our part, which is exactly what the doctor is saying. If you have a chemical imbalance (helped by medication) or soul baggage (helped by processing with a counseling), you can better "take captive every thought" and, WITHOUT that extraneous help, you cannot.

Yes, he knows Us by name. I can attest to that because around 15 years ago they discovered a lump in my breast and wanted me to come in for more X-rays. I was so distraught I shook my fist at God and screamed at Him,"what he was going to do to me next

Then a soft loving voice came out of the blue in my living room and said, "don't worry Nancy it won't be there". The next day I went in for more X-rays and lo and behold there was nothing there. I said they must have made a mistake the first time, but they said no and showed me the x-rays from both times. Thank you Lord Jesus for that.

This video answered a prayer, praise Jesus for He is real and true and the light! .....I had to check the date because I couldn't believe it. I was just lamenting on this very topic, and not just in a broad sense, but it's like it syncs up with questions I had that I've only spoken to God about. I asked Jesus Christ to take my burdens, to show me! Is this pain mental or spiritual, as I do take medication for anxiety and lately I've felt spiritually dead, and guilty. Ive asked the Lord maybe i should stop taking medication, is it a violation of my faith, should i just trust the Lord to heal me and not medicine, And the exact thought of is evil dropping these doubts in my mind and using it to steer me away from God was there too, and you verbalized and addressed it all. And the title of the video, there is absolutely no way I could've known, it just says a doctor saw Jesus and 2 words...I had been reading a book on Christianity searching for questions when I became very calm, and decided to take a break from torturing myself with questions...and the video I clicked on, you answered these questions blindly as if I had sat in the chair beside you and asked. Praise Jesus Christ for speaking through you, when I saw this video was not old, it was new today, the same exact day I brought these burdens to the Lord, I BELIEVE. I always did but I'll say it with strength as I asked for, I BELIEVE. thankyou

I know exactly what Dr. Mullen means when he describes how Satan tries to drop wrong thoughts into your head..in the 14 years since I became Christian (and I am now 60 years of age) I have experienced over and over, Satan attempting to tempt me and take me away from Christ and his teachings. One of my favorite books on this subject is CS Lewis's book The Screwtape letters.

Normal is Not Returning BUT JESUS CHRIST IS

I wasn't raised as a Christian. Last year with no place left to turn I prayed to God in repentance then begged for help with all my heart, "I was until then a lifelong Atheist." I then had a dream of Jesus coming before God and he spoke of the Tabernacle in perfect context, "A word I didn't know existed because I've never read the bible", and the love I felt from Jesus was unlike anything I've ever felt before - A lifetime of joy every second - It brought me to sobbing and it changed my life forever. I've had other miracles since, a few being a light turning on in answer to deeply needful prayer 6 times, seeing a orb of light hours before a major surgery, seeing an Angel in a dream the night my mother prayed for me to see one, "Without telling me", and so much more. Know that God and Jesus ARE real and that they love us deeply. Let go of your hatred and Imagine yourself holding the people who've hurt you. Tell them you love and forgive them and I believe we should do our best to follow, "I've failed many times", the 10 commandments. Always have hope. I believe that love is the answer.

It sounds like the Lord is definitely speaking to you & that hesitation you are feeling is coming from satan. Obviously as soon as he can sense you are moving towards receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord & Savior he is going to do everything he can to stop it. Here's the thing - and I don't want to scare you either - none of us know when our last day on this earth will be. Anything can happen at any time. So TODAY, my sister, is the day for salvation. Yes. He is absolutely correct. My mother and her siblings have trauma due to how they were raised. They tend to explode on you and argue with you due to the issues they haven't chose to deal with.

It is very common. There a big difference between Bible believing Christians and in name only believers.i grew up with a mom who is either undiagnosed bi polar or PTSD given her past.. I have trauma and anxiety disorder and my eldest son is schizopo- effective. He struggled for yrs refusing to take his meds. My prayers were answered the day he had a major motorcycle accident. No head trauma or internal injuries . Badly broken arm , busted teeth , reconstructed ear and road rash to a majority of his body. He was so delusional that he was placed in medical induced coma to heal. I do believe tho that he was also possessed bc he did and said things that were not human. He even ran to our church and asked for prayers over him and said THEY were after him. I believe that more parapsychology is needed bc there are ppl who have both mental illness and demonic possession, oppression or suppression. I did spiritual battle like no other time to call these from my son. I even made myself a laughing stalk to the hospital psych team by saying look… you don’t believe but he also needs to be cleansed spiritually by someone who can call them out. Not even a Catholic priest would listen.. a week before his accident Ivan was completely himself and accepted Jesus at church . We absolutely do need to take care of ourselves mind, body and soul. PTL for the blessings he’s gifted my family 😢❤

I am blessed by your personal testimony, you just present what just happen yesterday without stumbling of words to constructively deliver your experience. With your medical doctor experience you put things in perspective in relation to your heart, mind and intellectual. Keep pressing on until late you get to the finish8ng line and meet our Lord in the clouds.

In a way, I feel like I was meant to see this today ... I struggle with psychosis everyday, caused by either my C-PTSD or depression, maybe both? On paper it's the MDD, but we're thinking it's more anxiety/trauma than just depression, and I struggle SO MUCH with CBT and trying to take control of my thoughts, cos I have my thoughts, and all the voices I hear everyday as well responding to my thoughts, and it's easy to get sucked into a conversation or argument in my head when I'm feeling low or lonely, since I spend a lot of time alone ... anyways, thanks for the video! It makes me feel less bad about not being able to seize and control my thoughts as directed in The Holy Bible. God bless.

You see it many many times in critical care. Doctors can’t explain it. God is there working many miracles. There and everywhere. It’s so profound in the medical field because death is so nearby at all times, much more close to the surface than outside in everyday life. The experience of witnessing death or even the closeness of it causes great appreciation for the miracles of life. God is in so many places we think would be separate from him.

I'm tired too , please stand strong and keep moving forward in prayer . GOD has not abandoned us . He is making a way for us in so many ways we cant see or even imagine . Stand firm in faith and embrace you are loved my dear sister. I get week and discouraged too, it's in those times that GOD shows his strength and protection even though we may not recognize it

(this is my standard script i post in most groups as a practical guide for managing mental health issues.) Symptom of mental health problems: if youre self cutting & self-harming, have anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, severe mood swings, hearing voices. You will need to resolve this from the following aspects : -spiritual -emotional/psychological, -physical (nutrition/exercise/medication) aspects of this. Where emotional wounds that have gotten toxic - forgiveness is the most powerful antidote. 1)Spiritual/prayer - Pray(and do fasting) whatever your religion. It provides tremendous relief and is a powerful combinations. Fasting weakens the body and strengthens the spirit. People have been practicing this combination for centuries. 2)Emotional - Forgive as many times as you need to, it will remove the toxic emotions from your soul and heal your body as well. You dont need to reconcile (meet/embrace/befriends with the person who hurt you). Praying for the person who you hate or hurt you is an excellent way to get over these emotional wounds. 3)Medication - you will need medication. Change your meds, dosage or doctor if youre not getting the right results. 4) Physical - you must strive to be physically fit/exercise/sweat as much as possible to flush the toxins from your body. Eat healthy & minimize junk/processed foods as much as possible. 5) Psychological - learn to actively manage your thoughts & emotions. Continuously indulging in toxic self-pity & despair will impair your decision making - it will make you accept lower standards in relationships/values/morals. Self indulging your (toxic) emotions will take you on a downward spiral of bad decisions. You need to exercise quality control over your thoughts and actions. You need to analyse the situation & ask yourself - IS IT REALLY SO? Get some external feedback from a trusted source. How you feel about a situation and the actual reality may be wildly different. Don’t maintain fixed-in-stone or unrealistic expectations of salary/life/people/jobs/etc - it is like a rock around your neck. It will destroy you. Let go and free your soul from crazy self-imposed standards which are usually unrealistic. 6) Serve a cause other than yourself - volunteer at least one hour a week helping someone who is less able; help an old person clean their house, visit or call someone who is lonely if you are able you. Once you can do this - it will give your life more meaning and purpose. 7) Live outside your head - do gardening, exercise, running, work with your hands. Adult colouring books etc. Learn new skills & keep GROWING with new interests and hobbies. Try to read actual books and do not use electronic devices before you go to bed. Sleep at fixed times & MINIMIZE your social media use. 8.) high nutrition diet - make sure your body is supplied with adequate Vitamins & trace minerals like zinc, magnesium, folic acid , Omege-3 oils & animal fats in your diet (eg Ensure Milk powder by Abbotts Labs, cod liver oil capsules etc). Drink plenty of water. Avoid caffeine as much as possible, it disrupts your sleep pattern. Avoid sugary & processed foods. Take vitamin B complex tablets to boost your mental alertness & sharpness and energy levels., **Alcohol, Medication and anti-depressants severely depletes your Vitamin B ( for energy and mental sharpness), Magnesium, Calcium levels. This must be replaced with tablets or food supplements.

Pysch meds are brain poison, literally toxic. They ruined my life. Look up Dr Peter Breggin. I walked into a Dr's office with 2 panic attacks. Walked out with incredibly bad brain damage, job loss and an attempted suicide. I tell you, those "meds" caused me extreme suffering.

I've been avoiding my therapist lately because she's not a believer and everything she teaches is worldly but I do take my meds and vitamins and see my psychiatrist every three months

I think this is me...It would be good to read the book but I can't find any free epub or pdf :-[ I think I am on this journey where everything I know about God is head knowledge...His words are the only anchor that I have. When it comes to experiences like how other people would describe that they met Jesus... I don't have that. It's causing me to be really really sad. Lord help me and show me.. as I seek you..

One question? How Does He Know That it Was Jesus Face To Face? Because He had Never Sean Jesus Before!!! Blessings To All!!!
