Unfortunately, he'll spew his poison somewhere else. An MD or DO are degrees that can get him employed elsewhere easily, even with a revocation on his record. If he can't be a doctor in the western world, any number of countries will allow entry and some fast-track permanent residency and/or citizenship to skilled medical professionals, especially doctors, one occupation that near guarantees employment. Up to me, he'd be fired, forced out and blacklisted from medical profession there or anywhere else.

A sign of a good leader has to be observant with what's going on in his team using anyway, as for nurse Esther, showed that she's excellent in terms of being very compassionate and doing something out of the goodness of her heart. Caring should be anyone's business and it doesn't have to be for money

You know the nurse did a great job. If I were in her position, I'd have definitely tried to get rights to the patient, tries to convince doctor, maybe not argue much in case of losing a job and depending on the situations. The nurse, she did her job way better. But I'd have never let that patient go like that. Maybe take him to another hospital or take care of him myself. I respect the nurse for her courage and effort and so is that guy testing hospital in case if that happens to a real patient.
