She's a public figure paid by the state. She lied to us about what she had. They declared that the surgery was non-cancer related. You don't get a laparotomy with a 2 week hospital stay if they weren't suspecting cancer. They (the doctors at least) would have known it was cancer on Day 0 and the pathologist would have known for sure on Day 1. So much misinformation from Kate. My guess is she had an ovarian/GYN cancer, at least Stage 1B/1C or higher. Could also be colon or some other GI or lymphoma, but doubt it.

There are only two possibilities for major abdominal surgery. One is the digestive system and the other is the reproductive system. Either way we are absolutely NOT entitled to know and neither should the question ever be asked. The doctors are being very careful with Princess Catherine's health and they know what they're doing ... and that's all we need to know. Speculation is utterly pointless.

But Kensington’s inconsistent statements from day one make doctors look incompetent and photos look suspicious, to the point where these people put world suspicion upon themselves, including AI being involved by none other than possibly Kate herself making conflicting statements on her latest vlogs. You sound like a smart lady. Surely you heard inconsistencies yourself. So did the rest of the world. They cannot stop the monarchy from suffering irreparable damage by continuing to make conflicting statements. Where is King Charles, Queen C, and the rest of the royals to date? Thank GOODNESS Catherine has the Middleton as her family. That family is so dignify. My first thought was 'Poor thing' and my mind immediately went to her mother and children.
