Dock High Mercedes Sprinter with Sleeper & Custom Box

2022 Mercedes Sprinter Cab Chassis 170" WB that was upfitted with a matching color Extended Cab Sleeper and a custom 14' Lightweight Hard Shell Dry Box.
We also installed the following extra options that made this truck fully loaded:
- True Dock High truck with a raised frame - 49 1/2" from the ground
- Cargo Area 162x97x80. Swing Doors Clearance 96x79.
- 2 Rows of e-Tracks, Locks and Door Holders on both doors
- Capability to fit 6 standard pallets 48x48 + Pallet Jack or 8 pallets 40x48
- Cargo Light
- Rubber Dock Bumpers on each side
- Big Safety Bumper in the center below the locks
- Extended Cab Sleeper with Sunroof, Folding Table and a Lot of Storage
- Upgraded Bed with a Wide & Thick Memory Foam Mattress
- Extra Side Wings & Extra Spoiler for better #aerodynamics
- Diesel Parking Heater with Digital Temperature Control

the inside of this sleeper is the same as in Ford Transit so if you watch the other videos on our channel you will see what is looks inside
Can you make ford transit sleeper dock high less than 9950 lb with or without lift gate ?

Majority of Ford Transits are 9950#, so yes, GVW will stay the same after we finish the truck. With or without lift gate - it doesn't matter in regards to GVW and we can do it either way, but Lift Gate boxes are custom orders. As far as Dock Height for Ford Transit we can only offer installation of Manual Landing Gear/Jacks that will raise the level of the box floor to the dock level

all sprinter chassis are produced in Germany and come to the USA as 11,030#

Yes, this truck is TRUE DOCK HIGH. It was 49" above the ground
I drove a dock high soft side for WingStar some dumb MF tried to drive a fork lift inside of it so just to throw that out there lol do not let a fork lift driver drive in once u bump the dock

that's obvious, but to avoid such situation ie also put decals about it
Of its over 10 then why not just spend the money on a halfway decent used 26 footer since ur gonna have to run eld

each client of ours has their own vision and reason. some of them could be: 1. it's much more comfortable to drive this beautiful Mercedes Sprinter with a sleeper behind the seats rather than to drive a Freightliner M2 with sleeper on the roof or inside the box; 2. this truck has a much better fuel consumption then bigger trucks while can charge the same rates to customers; 3. brand new truck like this costs 30-40% less than a bigger truck
