It is my experience too...2010 ka 10 k mo expense has become 40 k in 2023 ...assuming 10 x in 10 years...exp will be 50 annual motamota in 2033...not sure which asset class will give this kind of return on ongoing basis !

I have invested in house. Bought it in 15 lakhs. Paying 10k home loan installment per month on 9 lakh loan. Getting 6k rent. Now the problem is that house rate is not increased from last 7 years. Should I sell it or still keep it and keep it on rent and wait for rate increase?
