the first time they ghosted me i let it slide. the second time i ghosted back and for me it's permanent. yes they tried to come back and while I did not have a full understanding of narcissism at that time, I recognized that the ghosting technique would continue on and off, and I was no longer willing to play hide and seek!

"Don't take the bait" "Amen" "Yes" "I can do this" "I won't take the bait" "I'm in control" "Totally" "Stay strong" Yes they make you feel like you're 'crazy' and the constant gas-lighting doesn't end.

So glad I found you Rebecca, I was in a 33 year marriage with the first one and discarded absolutely. It was traumatic , then met the second one four years later and was duped and used for six years then discarded again. He manipulated not only me, but my elderly parents as well. And yes this does affect the body medically. Looking forward to learning as much as possible from you!

It is so hard to not take the bait. I'm finally able to realize it is baiting me. I love that I am underestimated in my intelligence. I'm making a plan. Your videos have been so enlightening to me and helpful. I use your phrases. The rage was so surprising the first time. The face actually looks different. I want to take webinar. It's hard as I'm still in house and I know watching.

I took the bate 2 months ago from a friend after years of silence. It lasted 2.5 weeks till I messed up and got the silent treatment! Lesson learned!

One guy at my work place kept spying on me . There is mic and camera in my house. I do get msgs from unknown number . Whatever I speak with my family he just try to communicate with those topic. He hired flying monkeys all my co workers, my friends and my family members involved. I'm helpless and don't know how to get out from this. 😢

Oh boy did i get zet up for standing up to the bully and threatening him i got my door kicked down and almostvthrown out, by some asshole thugs now what do i do ? Now my door is broken down, i had to beg to keep from getting thrown out , i just completed instalation of a 2000 sq ft home which he burnt me on , now what do i do i made $1000 i was planing on using it to get certified, he didnt help do a thing all week except fuck with me nonstiop making everything 100 times hardr which he denies i think my situation is different from the usual either that or im realy slow, now i got a beat down and now asshole is smiling hes convinced everyone im the problem, i dont know what to do now rite bact to square one im getting really depressed
