As a keyboardist who knows what a real Hammond organ sounds like. .....nothing beats the real thing ma bro...but if thats what u have then by all means work with it...they actually sound pretty decent..

Of course! In the perfect world we all would lug around a Leslie but it’s just not practical! This is a believable substitute!

Can you change the ramp up and ramp down time? I here these ramps occur far to fast when compared to a Leslie. There must be a control for it.

Hey Brother Bowens.. If I use this Amplitube program, which is the best type of keyboard amp/speaker could I use to pair with my Hammond A-100 and how do I connect the A-100 to the whole system being that the A-100 is a traditional non digital organ? Do 8 have to get a Hammond technician to rig some special connection to get it working?

Hey Lee! You would need the OBL-2 Line Out Box trekii.com/products/all/line-output-box.html It's easy to install yourself. I installed mine on my M1 Hammond. Where are you using your A100?

@@DeyquanBowens I got it in my house. I've been playing gospel my whole life. I Grew up in church. Im originally from Brooklyn. Played for several churches in New York years ago..Ive played a little bit at a church when I first moved down here to Florida but not recently. I always wanted to get a Hammond in my house and finally found one online recently. A elderly lady had it since she was about 10 or 12 years old. Its in mint condition... Of course the internal speakers don't sound as good as a Leslie 😂. That's how i came across your video.. Now I'm trying to figure out if I should just obtain a traditional Leslie or get the software you recommended.

Also, how does the line out box interface with the Amplitude software? What kind of keyboard amp do you use to get that classic basssy Leslie sound.. also how do you get the line out box to interface with the Amplitude software and is a Windows PC compatible?... How to put it all together?

Organ is the best

A real Doppler effect causes the brain to be able to detect space and time. A Leslie sim will not give this effect because it's not sound waves bouncing off walls in spin combinations of rotors. That's like not having visual depth perception. You can "see" just not in 3D. Austerity works to dilute all directions.

I would not know that isn't a Leslie if didn't say so.

Did sound good. But …like Marvin Gaye and Tammy Terrell said “ain’t nothing like the real thing.

I am sooo late. I love the sound but technically it would only be good for recording. If you were playing in a church with high ceilings. The swell of the organ would not be there because the sound is close up Don't know if you have ever sat at the rear of the church or In the balcony of one...... The swell clobbers Yes I played and became a sound engineer. There are many factors like a bass player going a direct in. Ain't the same. Gov bless!!
