I couldn't agree more, a lot of primary aspects of mixing that needed to be introduced were missing in many of the other videos I watched while this video finally cleared up multiple things I needed to understand. A round of applause to this creator!

Wickiemedia is one of the best channels on youtube for music production.. Very detailed with clear information on subject. Plus the vivid graphics and colors give music production fun and excitement..

I've been mixing for 2 years now, and I still come back to this video, just to get the satisfaction of watching these images. This is also the video I show to everyone, who's just starting out mixing. This video let alone will make beginners way better, way faster.

I love the way you superimposed the infographics on the video. It really clarifies things.

As a matter of fact, in the next few weeks I'm actually starting with a new series where we'll go and mix a song from A - to - Z , only with some very basic ingredients. To make that even more interesting to you guys: I'm going to give away the multi-tracks for download. So you can actually use the same material that I'm going to be using in these tutorials! I have learned so much with your tutorials. These things are great for a person like me, with lots of training playing the instruments but none on how to record them. It's nice to know I'm working my toward being able to produce good-quality demos on my own, instead of having to call a friend and hope he's up to helping me out. Thank you very much for doing these tutorials which I can assume take a lot of time to create. In just a few minutes you manage to explain in a very understandable fashion the complications behind a song, where other tutorials take much more time and fail by leaving their viewers more Mixed up.

This little vid brought me more clarity toward mixing than all of groove3 and my mixing books combined. This was a Godsend i tell you. Its like now i get WHY I do what i do rather than just doing because its supposed to be done. I have to run back to my old music now and check to see what's going on now that I have this new found knowledge.

ive read a lot of books and watched a lot of videos about mixing and recording in general....this video was by far the most clear and concise video on the subject as an intro...the graphics made it even more understandable and appealing...i instantly clicked 'like' and 'subscribe' when it was over...thanks!

As someone who's primarily a visual artist (drawing, animation, film and such), the analogy of volume, panning, and frequency to the X, Y, and Z axis really helps. Very nice tutorial! w00t

Wow, this is just the intro and I already know so much more than I used to. I knew panning helped make a recording sound better, but I never knew why until I visualized it in a 3D space like in the video. The same goes with equalizing. I really had no clue before. This video helped out a lot already. Great tutorial.
