Today I will share with you very easy, quick and delicious recipe!
This dish is one recipe calling for leftover pasta. It's also very versatile. Substitute almost any cheese for the Parmesan (or leave it out altogether) and toss in any cooked vegetable or meat. Make it your own. This is very easy and delicious dish for busy nights when you don't have time to cook! Mm.. fantastic! Try this easy and very delicious dish and let me know in a comment's "How do you like it?!".
Ingredients:
115g (1/4 pound) spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine or other long pasta (or about 220g (1/2 pound) cooked pasta)
Salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp butter or extra virgin olive oil
2 slices bacon or minced pancetta, prosciutto (optional)
6 eggs
85g (3 ounces) Parmesan cheese
Bake just until top is set, about 6 minutes at 360°F / 180°C

YOU'RE AMAZING TALENTED AS ALWAYS, BUT THIS RECIPE MADE ME DISAPPOINTED WHEN BACON IS AN INGREDIENT, BUT I JUST WILL USE CHICKEN OR GROUND BEEF. THANK YOU.

Only Pasta and eggs as ingredients and you end up with a dish including bacon and cheese. Amazing.
My grandfather used to make this growing up. I miss him so much lost him a couple years ago. This brought tears to my eyes. Well executed. Looks delicious.

Exact same recipe as my Nana used making this dish when we were growing up. Sometimes she thinly sliced garden tomatoes on the top….sometimes not. Delicious both ways. She passed over 40 years ago. I think of her often but especially when I make this for my family. Thank you for sharing. ❤

I'm sorry for your loss,you where blessed to have him,I never knew my grandparents,they died before I was born but my mom always told me stories,I wish I had that bond with them...now I'm all grown up and a mother,these recipes help alot and is enjoyed by my family. looks pretty carbonara to me.
Great discoveries have always had simple solutions. This is where the greatness of these recipes lies: delicious dishes, few ingredients (which we have in our kitchens) and incredibly simple recipes. There are not enough words to say thank you

Inexpensive, super tasty and extremely protein/nutrient dense. I love pasta, Eggs, and Cheese (i.e., parmesan/mozzarella) add a little salt & pepper and maybe some Ketchup 🙂 on the eggs... PLUS, ALSO it's good to have some buttered white/wheat or Rye toast with it on the side for sure.
This looks great! Went and looked,, out of pasta! 😯 but I did just make some biscuits I’ve not made in awhile to try my mother in laws canned jam! Both were good,, ate while watching this! Have a great day☺️

This is delicious dish I know for ages. 🙂My grandma used to cook pasta and eggs for me in 80's. She wouldn't add beacon nor Parmesan, just pasta and eggs. Nowadays I cook this like you and sometimes I add dried tomatoes and garlic. You can replace beacon with sausage or put them together.

I am learning to speak German. I try to read and watch subtitles in German stop pause work it out the best I can and then look it up. My vocabulary has grown consequently. My grammar is struggling but getting better. I realize that this channel is not only providing great recipes but also subtly teaching German. For example she used three words for the word ADD in English. She used hinzufügen, dazugeben and just geben and did not use the easier addieren. Bravo!

Can we try with mung bean sprouts and/or cauliflower next time in order to minimize carbos? Everything else looks great. Believe it or not, mung bean sprouts make a very satisfying spaghetti like substitution - basically carb free.

Este é um prato que se assemelha muito a um prato italiano chamado Carbonara e que aprendi a fazer aqui na Itália. A diferença é que se coloca muito pouco sal no ovo e o queijo ralado é batido junto com o ovo. Depois frita o toicinho ou a panceta. Quando o macarrão está pronto e com a fritura do bacon já em temperatura morna, você junta essa fritura com o ovo. Mistura bem. O segredo é fazer primeiro a fritura, porque ela deve estar em temperatura de morna para fria, para não fritar o ovo mechido. Depois você bate o ovo com o queijo ralado e junta a fritura e o bacon no ovo, batendo tudo junto. O macarrão é a última coisa que se faz. Você escorre ele e ainda quente, joga a mistura em cima, mexendo bem. Fica uma delícia!

È carino vedere la passione degli italiani per il cibo e la tradizione - ho mia suocera italiana in casa in questo momento -, ma è anche importante mantenere un po' di buon senso e, cosa ancora più importante, la gentilezza.

I did this at school ... Without an oven, just in a frying pan under the lid. It is best to use the brisket. Boil the pasta, fry the brisket/bacon WITHOUT any other oil, pour the pasta into the pan, break the eggs, add cheese, salt, black pepper, tomato paste or ketchup is also good, mix, fry for several minutes. ALL!

I've tried variations of this. Instead of placing it in the oven at the end, mix/heat the pasta in the pan enough to cook the eggs a little and keep it as a carbonara. Good stuff.
