It’s the same with me and I went to the doctors and it’s because of low blood pressure, so try to drink at least a full bottle a day. It’s what I’ve been doing

I am 15 And everytime I stand up I get a sudden dizziness Everything black outs And sometimes, it's so severe that i feel like falling down...so i always take support of things around me like a wall, table or a bed.. And it's been years and i never consulted a doctor My parents say it's just a common phenomenon 🤷‍♀️

I was getting dizziness and nauseated and I found out the bars eg K-Time I was eating was causing this. I looked up the ingredients and the side effects from some of the ingredients cause dizziness, nausea heart palpation etc. Aspartame is even worse and it's in your soft drinks and sweets. Please look at what you eat and drink ,look up the ingredients and I can guarantee these ingredients are causing these side effects. Aspartame also causes depression, anxiety and many more side effects.

@@everythingandmore5871 hey! It has been a year since i commented and now...this dizziness has gone! Now, i have started having other problems which are broadly related to my nerves. Everyone says that i constantly have issues cuz i don't eat properly 😪

I think I have dizziness since 20s through every year!

it’s people with low blood pressure who stand up and the blood pools to their legs (gravity). Takes a while for the heart to pump faster to compensate.

@@Silly_Fox Not really. High blood pressure is much more dangerous. Low blood pressure is actually a blessing. Just make sure you don’t pass out and hit your head
