Allen u are one of the greatest lightweight arm wrestlers to walk this planet and just by u actually talking to me and sending me a message on behalf of another gave be so much emotion of happiness and Encouragement I just appreciated it so much u have no idea I watch ur videos a lot cause when u are on the table it is a schooling of the art of arm wrestling I am a 160 165 lb arm wrestler and am not in super shape at all but I have been arm wrestling long enough and have that hidden strength that when someone gets on the table and hits u and u stare them in the eye like are u even pulling and u can just see there eyes communicating with there head thinking how is this lil 5,10 tall 160 lb kid that looks like he is doesn’t have anything, can beat arm wrestlers that have 50 75lbs on him .. I learn teqniques to take peoples power away that evens us out in the lane I’m taking or if I’m going to hook, top roll, shoulder press or drop my body use my long lever gain height with my fingers by using a variation of the kings move.. I can gain advantages.. would love to continue communicating with u and any of ur arm wrestling community that are some studs that can help a true lover of the sport .. #PULLINGISBELIEVIN

This was Over the Top.
Crazy. There was always that one guy at school who.. whether it's genetics, technique or just.... general baddassery that could Arm Wrestle so freaking well, and even if the biggest guys did beat them , it was a huge battle. I'd love to know the science behind it.

School arm wrestling 9/10 times it would just be them probably sliding their hand up to get the most favorable position, combined with having good levers with their structure and just knowing even the slightest way to use it can take out 99.999% of the other students.
This type of training isn't for everyone but if you can get into the same headspace, it can be game changing.
Allen is a legend and certainly incredibly knowledgeable, but his teaching / lecturing style is incredibly grating and off-putting haha.

The bicep muscle insertions are incredible on both of these guys, but especially the arm wrestling whisperer. No tendons. All muscle belly.
Very clear explanation
I had no idea that much went into arm wrestling. Great and informative. Fun stuff
This is the kind of guy you want to train you, mind like Devon and the killer instinct to win. He's a champ because he has an edge. That's what all champs have, the sharpest edge possible
what a tachtician and artist
His arm articulations are massive!!!!
Thanks for sharing this. Just like BJJ, it's a game of .. I was going to say game of inches.. but it's even smaller than that!
He actually did not move. Look carefully at his hand at 1:39 against the trim of the garage and then look where Allen places pulls it down to at 1:56. Haha sorry video doesn't lie.

Actually, it is possible he could have moved, we only see one side of the video basically in 2D, so if he was to pivot his elbow a little we wouldn't notice it from our view but can be observed better from his point of view. As far as using the garage as reference @6:12 the garage door moves deeming it an unreliable reference point, ijs lol
Such good content!
Thats kinda suupr fascinating to see, cool dude the sensei of the sensei 🤙🏽
Allen’s point about chopping is really key. Make sure to pull towards yourself, not torque/twist your arm into your opponent’s arm
Allen is like the modern Oracle at Delphi, but for armwrestling
A lot of great knowledge ,, this could have been put on DVD and made money. But they give it for free. Thanks Men !

he can see the house is not leveled just by looking at it, yet he moves Etienne's hand out of the original position 5 inches, saying he moved it.
The word you were looking for is inquisitive Allen, but the first thing I would have noticed is his knuckle height. With his arm to the front of the pad he’d probably want his entire arm more vertical if possible in relation to your arm while engaging his riser. I’m still searching for that old school training footage of you dropping and catching those weights BTW.
Fischer is a golden page in a white book

Fisher seems like the kind of tool that wants everyone to know just how great he is, and he'll talk down to you to do that. He likes the sound of his voice, and spends a lot of time talking himself up while making up phony criticisms before he's even made a point.

Hey hitman how u doing buddy? This is Zach u commented on a comment I posted for Devon just telling me don’t be discouraged if Devon doesn’t message me back cause I asked him to and he has definitely liked my posts gave me couple thumbs up but hasn’t answered no big deal he a busy man and I’m just a amateur arm wrestler in south western pa in Uniontown south of Pittsburgh..

Yeah calm down Allen I have OCD too & you pulled his arm down it's natural twitch reflex is to move up!!
I think that’s his way of getting into peoples heads
Is there a part 2? You left it on a cliffhanger
The miesner technique, chief. That is what you're referring to regarding the 20 questions.
Dango dango drill sergeant man.
Sheesh! Allen is incredibly knowledgeable. No surprise I guess.
He sounds just like the Mercenary from Key and Peele
That peck bit sounded legit
Bro totally made the shit up about you moving your hand.
Allen Fisher needs to take his glasses off he will. He was in the center both times when he and he didn't move when he said he moved to he pulled him past center that dude set up proper. Every time
1:48 he definitely didn't move. Look at where his hand lines up on the house. He kept it pretty steady.
Hahaha 🤣 I love Allan but it's the way you talk to people and it trips me out when he goes overboard!! WAY OVERBOARD 😬
I think I'm going to start training to arm wrestle
Gotta call out Fisher compare his arm from where it was to where he said it moved (barely dif) vs where he moved it down c’mon man respect to a Legend but
He didn’t move. Dudes a little full of himself for being completely wrong.
Derek!
He never moved his hand he was extremely still look at his alignment with the garage in the background and tell me he moved lol....the gentleman talking is the one that moved his hand just my observation. Not saying the man is wrong in his technique just that his hand never moved at all. Great video great info.
slowrato bro, you got it
He did not move his hand in the first place,,this man just loves attention and feeds off of it
Shout out to my boy with the ronas lol
Etienne looks a lot like Kyan Douglas about 20 years ago.
Total newb here, and not asking this to be condescending, but if the shoulders need to be perfectly square to the table to access the pecs at ready go, why does Devon carve in so much before the ready go?
At first I thought it was Jim Carrey from kick ass 2 😮

That's super impressive 💥
I mean, props to father Allen and all but @1:39 you set up and don't move at all yet he says you do. How do I know this? Your hand lines up perfectly with the frame line at the top of the garage and your hand doesn't move. Slight finger movement, but overall exactly where you set up at. Then he comes and tries to tug you way down lower than you were when you set up. Lol Come on Allen, stop playing. You got the heat, we know it already. No need for that. Great knowledge though, keep it up.
Why does Derek have a DeTomaso Pantera wheel holding his hose on the wall?
0:48 Master Roshi got tricked into looking. Of course it's out of leveled
That's not where his hand was when dude moved it...
Good stuff, thanks, apparently I'm doing everything wrong haha
Dude ….I see this toon…I’m walking away. It’s really so bad.
Did any of you in the comments play sports? Everyone is calling Allen a “pompous ass” and stuff like that. I don’t see the problem with his coaching style. He reminds me of my old high school football coaches. Guy is a world champ, he has a lot of knowledge to share. Some of y’all are soft.
I’d say Allen isn’t as intuitive as he thinks. Ethan did not move.
