Have you ever noticed how our minds are always making meaning out of our experiences? The more you pay attention the more you realize the meaning you make has a huge impact on your state. What's amazing is that the meaning you make is always a choice. And by bringing attention to the meaning make, you can effectively change your state in a short period of time.
The more I can uplevel my state, the better my attitude is. And this has a big impact on how I feel and what I do.
So I thought I'd share one of the things I do regularly to change my state and thereby improve my attitude. It's had a huge impact on the resting baseline state of my day-to-day experience of life.

Very well done video! The Stoics understood the wisdom of stepping back and examining your thoughts and emotions as you experienced them so that you don't misinterpret them. My life experience has improved magnitudes the more I am mindful of this. Hope you pass through Salt Lake City again soon!

As a cultural anthropologist I must say I approve of this message. At all times you can do a daoistic and stoic style that leaves you in a positive position regardless if you succeed or fail. Because failure is not real as much as it is a thing that happens and you successfully learn from it.
