I’m so fond of your videos Rain, they always make my day :) Thanks for this great reminder and exercise. It’s funny how a small positive word of encouragement can instantly change one's state of mind. A little word of encouragement or a little beautiful experience can be a spark of inspiration, exposing and shutting down all the negative and uninspiring voices in one's head. Negative little messages in one’s own mind are so easily dispersed and disposed of when feeling a sense of gratitude, curiosity, fascination and wonderment for the world around us. Appreciating the beauty of life in the moment and sharing the experience with others. It is truly inspiring and a great source of happiness. Big love and respect brother.

Brilliant. So much gold here. I appreciate the connection between 'curiosity / fascination' and 'inspiration'... this makes inspiration so much more accessible. LOVE the new word autotelic... I think I'm an autotelic creature. That I exist for the sake of existing, that the reward of living my life and choosing my choices is in the experience of being + becoming itself... and less about what I produce. Though I won't be fulfilled unless I bring my visions into form... so it's got to be a combination. Perhaps taking productive action from an autotelic state is a way to integrate these. Thanks Rain!
