For rich and peacefull life go alone for 1 hr smoke 3 ciggirate that alone place,watch any movie in mobile..don't smoke ciggirate in public or with friends.don't do any other bad habits..eat 2 eggs daily...go walking 20 mins...sleep 7 hrs daily
