    Wow OMG I just did this I am a little breakfast I can't believe but it made me feel pretty good 65 and I I need to start moving and you're tired since 2020 and I stopped moving and I'm starting to have a lot of knee issues which I never had before I used to be a walker I don't know it did hurt a little bit but my knees only but it's good workout you feel it thank you❤

    El ejercicio 6 me dolia mucho tengo 53 años me gusta mucho hacer depirte, pero tengo fibromiálgia, me duele mucho el cuello, trapecios escapulas incluso se me cansan los brazos. Me siento genial también hago elejercicio matutino de las 6 vuestro y algun otro, me encantan, muchas gracías nos ayudais mucho🤗💪🇪🇦

    Wrong! Your first drink every morning should be at least one 8oz cup of really warm water (spring or alkaline). Not coffee or juice...

    Are these moves classed as dynamic stretches? Or is this just a morning exercise routine? I do like the exercises but I needs stretching exercises. I'm starting all over again but my body is so sore and stiff. I know these will help but just wondering thanks.

    No, it would not. Stretches are slower, more concentrated movements, isolate specfic muscles/body areas that are held for secinds (not rep counts), and allow time for proper breathing.
