I was just looking at maps aesthetic yesterday online I can't afford to do it at the moment but I've lost 87 pounds of fat from strength training from advice from you guys I'm the last 10 months. I'm stronger than ever. I never went to the gym until I found your podcast. I appreciate you guys getting me into fitness and lending me so much advice that I have been able to use to lift the right way. In a sense you gave me my manhood back. Keep posting you are changing lives !
Exercise is addictive when you reflect on how good it makes you feel. Couldn’t agree more with the first two minutes.
So what are you guys calling the new program? MAPS DAILY

@@JeffreyFate I saw that but following a similar path before releasing a new program they spend a week or two talking about different aspects of the new program to build interest! Sal has also said he's been training a different way and leaning out for a new program launch! No disrespect was meant by my comment as I thought MAPS DAILY is a great title as it implies it's something you can do everyday and sets the tone!

@@jaydajediful I'm in the same boat as you: I wanna see the whole thing, but I won't be able to do any MAPS as prescribed anyway without a full gym. But, I think you're dead on with MAPS Daily. I was coming to the comments to say that myself.
I'm 41 this Sunday. I just started lifting weights 10 months ago. Been doing 5x5 program. I discovered your channel last week, so needed your advice on so many things. i'v been sick with covid this last few days. Been watching all your video's. Can't wait to get back to lifting. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.

I like doing the 50x50, jk. 3x10 has always been my go to, I may have to switch it up. Always good to change it up every month. Keeps it fun.
Short 20-45 min hit it hard within reason 4-5 days a week, I'm seeing huge gains in weight, weight added on individual exercises, and love the pump from it. So much less pain vs super hard workouts.
Caskets are typically locked but I can’t speak for all funeral homes offerings😂 Love it when you guys speak my language
My BP for the past 3 years has averaged 150-160/ 90-110. Alcohol 3 times a week, not eating the best, and working out on and off. I was on BP meds and they made me so dizzy, didn't matter which brand, still always dizzy. Well, 6 weeks ago I stopped drinking only on a special occasion, my diet is 5 meals a day, all lean meats including premium sirloin and salmon, red potatoes and rice for my carbs, green beans and mixed bell peppers and onions for my veggies. Oh greek salad every night for last meal. Well, I dropped 13 pounds and my BP is now 125/81. With no meds! Thought I would share that with you guys. Love the podcast.
Awww Sal's kid is adorable. Sure the advice is awesome too I'll try it but that clip is better than everything else. May God keep him safe. Ameen.
Listening to these podcasts daily has been so helpful to my and I'm sure every listeners fitness journey! Keep up the good work fellas!
I just started listening to this podcast in the last few weeks and I think it’s great information that I can use to continue my 55 lbs weight loss so far this year! My big takeaway is to start my morning with 20 minutes of barbell training before I start my day!
New Mind Pump listener here and I can already tell this will be my go to KZread channel and podcast show. My 3yo does the EXACT same thing with anything I eat/drink and she always wants a taste of my protein shakes. I hope I'm setting a good example for her to use fitness/nutrition to improve the quality of her life as she grows up. Thanks for all the great info!
I started watching you guys 6 months ago and ever since I’ve started implementing your tips. I went from being 227Lbs dragging myself to the gym 2 times a week hating myself to now being 162Lbs going to the gym 6 times a week and loving it feeling better physically, emotionally and mentally. My quality of life has improved so much. Thank you for the continual motivation everyday to keep improving myself.
I've fitted tyres for 20 years, really quite light but very high volume. Just that has built me an amazing back.
Still loving the content every time you guys post. Don't pick me, I'm not at a stage where I think I could use the program as effectively as someone else. Just wanna thank y'all for creating the content you make.
I have been doing the full body routine every other day and a 17 min HIIT cardio on the off days. I have had tremendous gains. Just today I had someone ask if I was losing weight. My reply, “ Nope, I am just lifting” and turned them on to your channel. One of the major benefits that I was not expecting has to do with my back. Being retired Law Enforcement, I carried gear around all the time that led to the development of arthritis in my back. The doc said I have a back of a 75 year old and I am 57. It hurt every day. 7 days a week, 365. I believed it was something I was going to have to just live with. After listening to you guys and developing a consistent program that has all changed. It dawned on me the other day that my back never hurts anymore. Literally the tightness and pain just disappeared. I was stunned A. That the pain was gone, and B. That it was so gradual that I didn’t notice it. I owe a huge thank you to you guys! Keep up the good work and I will continue to sing the praises of you show.
Really enjoy every episode that comes out, learning something new everyday. My eduction never stops with you guys!
For Manuel who asked the 3rd question, do a hip assessment test. Start with a 90/90. If the leg that’s behind you is tight, you most likely lack internal rotation of the hip. To make it even more clear, get into a stationary lunge position. First pay attention to the foot of the back leg. If that toe is pointed out, you lack internal rotation. Secondly, pay attention to the width of their stance. If their base is wide, they lack stability in that front hip. One other thing you could do is just squat as low as you can. If at the bottom of the squat your toes flare out, you lack internal rotation of the hip and wherever your toes end up at the bottom of the squat, that’s where you should probably start the squat. Hopefully this helps.
I found you guys about 2 weeks ago, and I’ve probably gone through about 20 episodes 😂. I’ve been in such a rut for a few years with my training and you guys have absolutely blown my mind with tons of new information. Love it
Recently found out about you guys and have not been able to stop watching your content. Really appreciate the science based, practical approach you guys take and how you break everything down so I can immediately implement the information. I’m pumped to try out this 20 minute method you guys went over, cause time has been a huge factor for me and has been one reason my workout schedule has been inconsistent. I appreciate all y’all do. Keep pumping out the awesome content!
I’ve already listened to this episode twice, and now I’m watching it! Dang, I love this one! I’ve built my business on 30-minute strength workouts but, myself, train 3x/week for 45-60 minutes. You really have my brain super charged!! Thank you!!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Former binge eater (well it’s never really former is it) i finished anabolic and just started aesthetic, my lifts are a good 30+ pounds higher in this phase one over Anabolic phase one , my weight has gotten fairly stuck but my body is changing and i continue to go down in clothes sizes. I don’t track food bc it is a trigger and I’ve learned now to stop getting on the scale bc it is a liar 😊 i am stronger, i am leaner and the scale isn’t the determining factor in those things. For all the binge eater non trackers keep going, don’t look at the scale or the calories if it upsets you, look at all of the other factors. You got this 💪🏼
I think it's crazy that you guys post as much as you do and I'm always eager to hear more of what you all have to say. Such a wealth of info and experience. So glad I found you guys!
I’m definitely going to try the frequency training…. I think practicing back squats could finally help me get stronger in the lift. Also I make protein waffles all the time. I use the mini waffle maker-1egg, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1tsp baking powder, 3tbs of sour cream and cinnamon….so good!
I enjoy learning about working out from you guys, but your tale of Pebble Beach is my favorite of all your non work out experiences so far. I love cars as well, of course my favorites are ones I will never own, that is Jay Leno's job. Glad your on most nights of the week, and each time I watch, I learn a bit more and try to apply some of it towards being a healthy in my 70s, kind of guy.
Coming back to fitness after a 4 year hiatus and had this podcast pop up. Discovering your content has kept me consistent. Huge fan and excited to keep charging back into this lifestyle.
You guys are awesome! Thanks to your first caller as well because she had a great deal of the same conditions as I had with maps aesthetic and you gentlemen answered every question I had. Bless you all for doing what you do and having the dedication to continue to provide such a valuable resource with this show. 💜
This channel is just so good for so many reasons. One of the best things about it is that, whilst you have core beliefs/knowledge surrounding health and fitness, the advice is always moving and changing due to new information and studies, which is amazing. But mainly it's that you realise that your advice needs to be something that the average joe with a 9 to 5 and a family can incorporate into their schedule. Keep it up guys!
I’m a very busy guy that has been struggling to follow a good workout routine. I’ve found that full body workouts like you guys have touched on on your podcast work really well for me. I go to the gym and hit all the big compound movement 3 times a week. Listening to you guys has really helped me find a better routine for me.
What a great episode! I have been consistently training at least 5 days a week and in the garage gym for 1-2 hrs. Going to start doing 40 minute workouts with a 1 hr nap. No one will ever know 😊
Wow you guys are definitely spot on with this. I Started powerlifting and getting trained by someone that set records at age 60 2-3 hours every other day was a grind but felt great and got super solid. Then later on in life started doing CrossFit, which at first I hated it then fell in love with it. After my wife had showed your podcast , I’ve gone in a complete retraining mind set. Ever since I’ve been listening to this my strength and everything else has come into place , ie doing more sets compared to less reps and heavier weight vs now lighter weight and a 25-30 reps each workout. Thanks it’s much appreciated and educating
Morning mind pump brothers! Have a blessed day 🙏🏼👊🏼💪🏼
Starting to listen to these podcast daily, and the information y’all are putting out there is awesome🙌
was so pumped up listening to this biking back home stopped by the park for pushups, plank windmills. lunges, supported handstand pushups with hold and lunges. Did a morning set as well so that makes like 20minutes excited to be feeling the difference of more energy and strength in my body especially right after the quick workout but also my overall athleticism and benchpress getting stronger
Love the content guys. I’m a newer listener and seen major changes with implementing some of the advice you all give including nutrition and training frequency. Definitely saving up to try different programs. Appreciate all you guys do.
Dude I have been religiously watching and learning this stuff is awesome! Gotta try this lower daily workouts sounds crazy good.
Thanks for all the awesome truthful information you guys put out it really helps me and so many other trainers and people reach our fitness goals and help others. Keep up the great work 💪
Recently subscribed and can't get enough of your show.
Sent this one to my wife…wanted her to hear the talk of multiple short workouts throughout the week. Thanks for the great talk guys ! 💪🏼
Love your show! I used to see you guys around the Santa Teresa 24. As a man looking to become a father you 3 set a great example of everything I hope to become! Thank you for the content and message you put out!
I just started watching your show! Big fan. It made me start working out again, I was doing 3 days a week and you guys motivated me to now doing 5 days a week with 3 days full body and two days smaller muscles or some sort of Pilates. I toned down my cardio and just stick to strength training. Thank you!
Solid episode. Amazing info as always
I'm new to listening to you guys, but your thoughts have totally identified me in the form of common mistakes, especially overtraining, but also listening to you guys has tremendously motivated me. I'm back to training, almost daily, but still find myself doing more and more, so how can I stop thinking that I can do more? I'm currently way overweight, and that is my biggest problem. I'm feeling better, stronger. I'm trying to intermittent fast, and strength train. I'm not losing much weight yet, but I'm faithful that this could work. Thx for the motivational support. 👍
Another great Podacst 👍👍....Thanks guys for providing such a great content for free💯💯🤜🤛
love the content keep it up guys
Cool study about Seed and neurological health 🤔 🤔 I currently am battling a lot of health issues and neuro being a lot of them. I started Seed a couple months ago and then just had my consultation with the gals at Health Babes so I’m super excited for this journey. If the Mind Pump way doesn’t fix everything modern medicine has destroyed in my body I don’t know what will 😩 🙏 🤞
Working out everyday is like compound interest! 💪
Awesome advice! I love the show! Best podcast ever.
This concept is SO POWERFUL ! Moving daily for short intervals is sooo important for long term health . loved this episode ans the updates on the kids eating. I will try giving my 2yr old a bit of protein shake and see his reaction. 😀 Thanks for the video ❣️
Great information guys!!
The big 4 movements really changed my entire workout routine, for now I doing less less exercises, just one or two of the big 4 , and max 2 isolation , machine exercises and seeing progress in the strength and also in the mirror , so yes , LESS IS MORE 🔝
I ride my back to work at least 3X a week (about a 20 minute ride). I feel so much better that whole day than when I drive.
Adam is so right about endurance. I started running a mile after my workouts as much as possible because I had a terrible cardiovascular system. Last Tuesday (2 months later) I ran 10 miles nonstop in less than 2 hours.
Great point about - why don't we know this - great statement Adam
Great advice, thanks!
I don’t think I’ve had a week where i haven’t worked out at least 3 days a week for like two years but I’ve for sure over done it sometimes and haven’t progressively overloaded enough for strength. Id love to win a program to properly progressive overload
I have more energy for my next workout when I apply a little daily. I found when I am going hard For longer periods I am sore and weak the next day. This also helps manage my depression bea cause when I take off days I don’t feel good mentally. Thank you for this affirmation
Mind Pump Yeah Dude!!
When caller #2 called in you can definitely tell someone about lost their shit trying not to laugh.
He's like a swole tony hinchcliffe and I can't unsee it.
On the first question, it could also be normal fluctuations in weight due to a women's menstrual cycle. I fluctuate depending on where I'm at in my cycle. I have to remind myself of this when I'm weighing myself.
I'd love to win the aesthetics program... Honestly love you guys view learned so much . I agree 100% that workouts have helped me with anxiety ect.. I just need a guide to help me know what to do once I the gym instead guessing or trying out too many the that may I the giving me TBE look a Aspire to have. Thanks for the chance to win !
For my 3 year old son I do pasteurized egg whites from Costco with a scoop of chocolate collagen protein powder and he lights up just the same as if it was a milkshake
BANG FOR YOUR BUCK PODCAST
I have a suggestion. Why don't you guys create a new maps anabolic program which is 20 mins workout 6 days/ week sort of thing. As you guys talk so much about the benefits of short daily workout. Great podcast, you guys are great
Since March (when I was cleared from a shoulder surgery) I’ve missed 1 day of training. I either lift for at least an hour or go to jujitsu or sometimes both.
I just explained this to my mom!
I just started doing full body every other day and my elbows have started hurting. I don’t think this means frequent full body is bad but I do think it means I need to bring down the intensity. Heavy db press, dips, and shoulder press was a bit much for that frequency.
Recently started following and have been binging your show. I'm working on building muscle a few months before trying to get pregnant, and the 20 mins daily have made an impact to get me moving! Any suggestions on which program for a newbie getting on track? Thanks for all the great info you provide! -Krystal

Yeah Starter or Anabolic (with the pre-phase)!
Hi, I’m looking into bodybuilding. Don’t know where to start and would love to see if you can help me get started. Love your podcast btw!
My toddlers love Lite and fit Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of peanut butter
Boom!!!👊😎
Naa longer harder more difficult workouts definitely next leveled me. I used to do 20 min workouts daily in college and it was definitely effective and great for a little endorphin boost, but not so much for athletic performance/gains…
What are your recommendations for working in a warm up routine if I adopt the 20min workout model?
What I got from this episode is that Adam wants to be strong on the toilet from all foot positions. 😝
Will you be adapting your old program calendars & blueprints to daily routines?
My only break was when I had cancer twice.. Before that I was 5 days in the gym for about 1 hr n half.. However, now I follow the advice you guys gave regarding 3 full body workouts a week and gives me great results!!! Thank you guys.
I’ve been contemplating getting all programs and doing all of them. I just got back into working out and tracking my calories consistently for a month. What order would you recommend when following the programs? Background: I’ve been consistent in the gym for the past 2 months. Prior to that I was one of those “wannabe fitness fanatics” lol. I would go to the gym 4 days a week and stay moving until 2020 and 2021 happened (living in San Jose now and we all know how that went down). I’ve been into fitness since 2013. I’ve done an Evolt scan weekly for the past 4 weeks
How could Anabolic be adapted using these principles? Or should you follow the program as prescribed?
I love mixing the organifi chocolate with whole milk taste so fucking good
I was wondering if you guys could give advice on why someone may be losing body fat certain places but not others. I’ve been training for a year now, body recomp, and cutting now, and I feel like my ARMS are so stubborn and are looking bigger, which is not the look I’m going for. I feel like the rest of my body has changed but my arms won’t slim down. And I don’t want to loose all my gains just to slim my arms. A lot of women have trouble with their arms. Any advice?
I’m going to try this with pull ups 2 sets everyday. I can’t rid of the bands
Question: So I just came off 2 years working out 30 minutes per day 5-6 days per week and saw some great gains. It was very easy for me to be consistent with that. I just bought the 3 big maps packs (anabolic, performance, & Asthetic) but I have been struggling a bit with the change in frequency. Is there a way to adapt the maps programming to a 20 minute workout 6 days per week system, or should I just go through with the maps program as is?
My only question about this is where does warm up fits in here because 20 min goes barely for 5 sets. If I’m doing squats or deadlifts how and when I warm up
So do we keep doing anabolic as is or break it up. It doesn't have only compounds so am I wasting my time like you said doing the best bang for your buck or do you split up anabolic as is and add it to trigger sessions or no trigger sessions
How can you train in that sort time and still warm up and cool down. It will end up more then 20 min or 30 min
I agree, and I’d like to win
I’m just getting started with MAPS Anabolic. If I have questions while I’m going through the program, who do I contact for answers?
I didn't know you could give kids protein powder.
So, I’ve done Anabolic, Aesthetic, and now currently doing Performance. These workouts in all 3 programs are 3 days a week. So, should I divide them up and do 6 days a week?
LOL Adam got the Goodfellas experience!
Unfortunate seed oil in Magic Spoon. I'm sure I'll try it once anyway, but it can't be a staple for me. Noooope Good show, though, guys.
💙💙💙
Is 20-40 minutes a day better than MAPS Anabolic?
Clout worked out Adam, good for you.
Please choose my comment so I can get maps Aesthetic. I just finish maps anabolic and I'm about to start performance and I would want to follow with aesthetic.
If you workout every day doesn't it affect recovery and therefore gains?
Here’s the twist, they spend 2 weeks taking about how effective 20 minutes a day workouts are, then DON’T release the new program 😁
22:30
That’s a lot of protein for a little baby 🤣
My 75 year old dad has a 67 Chevelle SS that he has had since high school. He bought it with money he saved from his dad passing away when my dad was 10. This car will hopefully never leave our family!
