@danekulaappaji9827 In this particular video , The lady is not suggesting you obtain all that 75 g by eating 15 whole eggs every day . She is trying to convey how Indians are grossly protein deficient - Eg : since people think that 1 or 2 boiled eggs a day = enough protein. But, to actually meet THE BARE MINIMUM protein requirement Of 60 g a day one can only attain it via 10 whole eggs Having said this , please don’t eat 10 whole eggs. 1 or 2 egg yolks will fullfil the RECOMMENDED DAILY Cholesterol intake. A normal healthy individual ( normal serum lipid profile ) can eat 1 egg yolk ( maximum 2 yolks ) per day . Consume egg whites as many as you like to fullfil REMAINING protein required for that day
