    Corona time lo government hospital lo koda 2 eggs per day pattaru.. 😢 i nanu chosa with my eyes.. So then i start research for protein, 4eggs per person a day is basically needed for immunity now a day, If you buys protein powder then i 1scoop=24g to 30g is recommend daily intake( rda) is 30% completed, What about 100% Requiredment of protein per day? 🎉doctor with 18 years of experience (service) Answered: 1g to 1.2g of your body weight , Thankq madem, nice 👍👏👏

    @danekulaappaji9827 In this particular video , The lady is not suggesting you obtain all that 75 g by eating 15 whole eggs every day . She is trying to convey how Indians are grossly protein deficient - Eg : since people think that 1 or 2 boiled eggs a day = enough protein. But, to actually meet THE BARE MINIMUM protein requirement Of 60 g a day one can only attain it via 10 whole eggs Having said this , please don’t eat 10 whole eggs. 1 or 2 egg yolks will fullfil the RECOMMENDED DAILY Cholesterol intake. A normal healthy individual ( normal serum lipid profile ) can eat 1 egg yolk ( maximum 2 yolks ) per day . Consume egg whites as many as you like to fullfil REMAINING protein required for that day
