How to make your day more productive? To have a productive day, there are things you should do every morning - and no, this doesn’t include chugging copious amounts of coffee! When you wake up, what’s the first thing you do? Check your phone? Get up and brush your teeth?
Do you know that if you’re not gulping down a nice tall glass of water, you’re doing yourself a disservice? Or that unhealthy breakfast does nothing to help your body throughout the day? Or that if you begin your day without doing any stretching or movement, you’re more likely to hurt yourself later on? So, guys, will you be able to fit these activities into your morning routine?

- Drinking water at this time helps flush out any toxins that have been sitting in your belly while you were sleeping. And since you haven’t eaten anything yet, this flush is very smooth and effective.

Hi I start my morning by dinking tea and going outside and one of my friends said that f you drink tea at morning you'll be more fresh and t was true because I sometimes forget drinking tea and I almost fall asleep

1- Sleeping by 10 or 10.30 PM 2- Waking up by 5 AM 3- Drinking warm water with lemon 4- Suryanamaskar followed by stretching, push-ups, pull-ups and ending by doing Pranayam ( all this would take 1.5 to 2 hours) 5- Drinking some water again, followed by doing starting your work routine.

My morning routine:- 1. Wake up early (with 6-7 hrs of sleep) 2. Drink 1 glass of water 3. Walk 15mins & do some stretches 4. 45-75mins workout 5. Get a cold shower 6. Grab a Healthy breakfast 7. OH there is no 7. Then I continue my day with a happy fresh ViBe!!

My morning starts with the following: Saying gratitude to the universe for everything. Point out 3 main things of the previous day Say positive affirmations Visualisation Meditation 1 minute smile exercise Brush the teeth Drink water.
Getting up at 4 o'clock Thanks nd praise to Almighty Allah then go to masjid for namaz e fajr, walking out to river side, feeling cool breath, taking a snap shot for sun rising 🤩❤

I listen to music when I wake up... it will boost the mind and your energy and you feel like singing and dancing.
I have similar routine in the mornings. I also run outside for a few min and do 15 min bible reading, prayer and devotion. They are very necessary and helpful!
I spend 15mins. reading by Bible and praying. I also sit still and listen for the Holy Spirit to speak to me.

My morning routine: wake up at 5 am, use washroom then drink lukewarm lemon water. Prepare ingredients for breakfast for 5-10 minutes then do yoga for 30 minutes, pray then make breakfast, pack lunch then off to shower and get ready for office. I try to not drink tea or coffee in the mornings and instead drink 2-3 glasses of water or drink vegetable smoothie for breakfast :)

I drink water right after I wake up, after I put on my training clothes I open the curtains, I love when the sunny day comes through my windows, I always have breakfast, specially hard boiled or scrambled eggs, depends if I’m very hungry or not..sometimes I make shakes with one/two dates, two bananas, a spoon of peanut butter, liquefy and yummy.. I do my exercises, mostly yoga, workout with dumbbells, walking/jogging.. I was walking/jogging at the park yesterday in the morning, then followed by a nice routine of yoga and I felt awesome after, my friends told me I looked good and relaxed, this video is helpful if there is something that I’m missing 😊 👍🏻
My signature routine: 6:00 am 1.Wake up to my favorite song as an alarm on my phone 6:05 am 2.Drink the glass of water beside my phone 6:10 am 3.Get out of bed and eat yogurt and strawberries for breakfast (since I can't have oatmeal) 6:35 am 4.Take a shower and brush my teeth 6:55 am 5.Get dressed in comfortable clothes 7:03 am 6.Do six yoga poses, each for a total of a minute 7:10 am 7.Collect my backpack and other items for school 7:20 am 8.Leave and start my day. I have to walk to school every day. I get there at 7:50 am and school starts at 7:55 am. I would listen to music to "spice up" the morning on stretching and moving about before doing my morning exercise

I've been using the Headspace app to meditate every morning since the new year. I can confidently say after a month it's a life changer. I do push ups and stretching as well, but I'm up for trying those movements and yoga positions you showed, thanks for the tips.
all of the above apart from yoga straight away and getting straight out of bed i will try this! Also meditation sitting in silence for 5 mins moments of visualisation and gratitude
I usually listen to music in the morning (because you'll start singing or dancing and that's a perfect start of the whole day :D)
Sun salutation, the best workout for me, I am literary obsessed with it! It is both calming and energizing with a ton of benefits, plus, it doesn't take a lot of time.

Drinking water in empty stomach causes peptic ulcers if practiced for long time. My frnd's father suffers from it though he was drinking water after waking up for the last 20-25 years. His doctor found this reason and described that those enzymes formed during 7-8 hrs of sleep in our stomach gets mixed with water which triggers the H. pylori bacteria to behave unnaturally thus causing ulcers.

I do some of what was discussed plus I Start the day with a simple prayer. AA prayer or The Lord’s Prayer Psalm 23. It keeps me focus indeed-:))
Every morning 1. Drink a glass of warm water 2. Coffee enema 3. 15 minute yoga 4. 2 tbs of VCO 30 min before breakfast 5. Breakfast at 9 am ( dragon fruit + lime + tomatoes + psyllium husk )

I'm the only bear on KZread buddy.
I start my day at 7:30 A.M. which is then followed by reading the holy Quran after getting cleaned up and of course hydrating myself with water, eating 8-10 almonds and finally have a great wholesome breakfast!
Thank you bright side. I'm so sorry I didn't mention my other habit I drink at least two glasses of water first thing in the morning, my break fast porridge with cranberry and blue berry. That is why Indians do Surya Namaskaram. Those 2 postures are the main postures with some other vital stretches. And don't forget that we have to do in front of the sun. Surya Namaskaram literally means greeting the sun.

When I watch videos/play on my phone (or, really anything entertaining) when I'm having a hard time falling asleep, it keeps me awake because it stimulates the brain. It helps me to read a book (something more interesting, but not too exciting) for a little while instead. Less chance to get distracted by something else, as well as making my mind feel like it's working instead of having fun. Lol

Meditation somewhere between 4 - 6 am in the morning is the best thing one can do . Try SAHAJA YOGA Meditation. You'll literally go into Nirvichara Samadhi(thoughtless awareness) with no effort at all.

This all of point are correct but another thing we have to do in morning i.e. prayers for 2 to 3 minutes which makes us sharp & yoga is much important 🌞🏃

One thing that help me a lot first thing in the morning (4:30am) *it's to set up my alarm cell with my favorite song, instead the annoying buzzing sound.* it really helps me to woke up in good shape.

I do some meditation - 15 minutes or so.Then some loosening up exercises followed by the five Tibetan (only up to nine of each so far - I'm eighty four - Feel happy all day.
