1. How to wake up in the morning ( put on socks, room temperature, splash your face in sparkling water) 2. Apply face mask in the morning to feel more awake and ready for the day 3. Brush your teeth with cinnamon toothpaste before breakfast 4. Listen to music cuz it wakes you up 5. Write positive quote of the day on mirror with erasable pen 6. Hydrate with warm cup of lemon water 7. Keep your hair in tie during the night to have beautiful curls in the morning 8. Use shower cap and take a cold shower 9. Organize your clothes with labels 10. Use moisturizer under your eyes, blend foundation by making little dots on face, brush your brows, don't use too much facial powder, clean eyeshadow to brighten your face up and color it, use not too pigmented lip balm, put hilighter on brows, nose, intern corner of eyes and lips 11. Breakfast recipe oatmeal healthy, with fruits and avocado bread 12. Use a to do list 13. Head out ! ❤❤❤

3:29 tip: if u dont want the text on the container take a cotton pad and nail polish and keep scrubbing until the ink comes of if u want to add stickers or write on it wipe it with soap and a wet tissue paper to remove any sticky residue! Edit: if u want to write on it i suggest u write it with permanent marker and if u want to remove it dw because u can simply take hand sanitizer and rub it off xoxo

that would be very unhygenic as the acids from the food you ate the previous day come together and soon form plaque, you actually get SO MUCH germs at night thats why you brush in the morning hs your teeth before eating anything
