Do These 5 Stretches Every Morning - Do these 5 exercises daily to improve your posture and prevent neck, shoulder, hip, back, and knee pain. Try this 3-Minute Morning Stretching Routine.

Set a timer for 30-second intervals and do even just one round through the circuit below to kickstart your day!
CIRCUIT:
30 seconds Child’s Pose with External Rotation
30 seconds per side Half Kneeling Hip and Quad Stretch
30 seconds Alternating Pigeon Pose
30 seconds Scapular Wall Hold
30 seconds Sit Thru to Thoracic Bridge

This is the first time I've seen anyone address all my specific issues and explain it simply enough for me to understand but scientifically enough that I also learned. Your tips on form are esoecially helpful because they dont just come naturally to me. I do need to establish mind body connection. Thank you. I will be signing up for your program. What a perfect pandemic activity to help out my own quality of life. I'm a zumba instructor, and this is a piece of the puzzle that will compliment and help me become even more flexible and prevent injury and improve my alignment!

I'm doing this to prevent that 😅🙏💚 ...hear often that people wake up that way. That's why I also stopped eating all foods that cause inflammation 😎✌

As I am now an “somewhat active” older adult I appreciate the “beginner” versions of the stretches. I have to warm up my body with a little cardio before I attempt even the modified stretches.

oh wow, thank you so much for this set of stretches! now that i am stuck at home and im barely moving throughout the day (well, less than working in an office), these are sooo helpful. I have been going to the gym everyday but at one point all my leg tendons gave up - they are super sore. I must have forgotten about stretching and mobility exercises!

I love these videos so much! Thank you for the great content! I feel like these stretches are working already! However, is it possible to have a video of you just going through each of the stretches as well? Maybe explanation in the beginning and then the stretches so we can follow along? It’s tricky trying to remember them, rewind video, pause video to do them, etc.

I absolutely LOVE your videos. I love the detailed explanations. I love the modifications. I love the warnings with the overdramatizations. I love that so many of the moves can be done with body weight only or simple equipment that’s easily available at home. Please keep making them!
