I'm glad someone else is seeing this so I know I'm not crazy. It seems soon as you focus in on them they start to move slowly. Then they fade out and sometimes even fade back it it scary as hell.

not certain this of any relevance to this room but twice now while looking at the same stars I can see on any clear night I watch one that looked to be sitting by another and then move within minutes and then sit back in its spot like it had gotten up out of its seat only to be told to get back in it. if that makes any sense?

I saw a similar situation when I was about 12 years old. I kept it to myself until someone like you stated it and it confirmed that I wasn't alone. It was very early in the morning, and I saw a bright star-like going across the sky. It couldn't be a plane because it was too far up, and it certainly can't be a satellite, because it made sharp 90 degree turn. I know what I saw...a shiny dot, similar to a size of a star we see tonight, that went across the sky going east, then turns south.

I searched it up to justify what I saw last night, thanks I'm not alone. It's real, really true that stars can move just like that.

you are not crazy. if you talk to them they know it. all i can say is spread love and you will receive it. ask and you will receive, we are all one, we are everything.

I am.looking at one now Northern CA, i see MANY of these lights skipping, turning direction, disappear and reappear in nearby but different locations, zig zagging, shifting, slow and fast, Btw its like 3-5am Dark. Plus the fog or clouds act and behave different to me, also while i am observing these And I see them with my normal vision... although either my eyes or their trickery makes me see doubles, splits, or non focused at times after staring so hard lol

That’s why I came to KZread! Apparently Elon musk has satellites in the sky but those are described EVERYWHERE as looking like stars moving in a train... That is not what I’m looking at in Southeast Georgia. They do look like stars at first glance but if you look at any of them individually, they’re all flying/floating in very unusual ways. Fog is also feels off somehow. Nothing explains what I see. What scares me is that there are SO MANY OF THEM. To me, the sky never has this many stars at one time. These are not stars.

@@differentjas6368 right about that, I've come to notice also that nearby stars or points seem to create the appearance of some type of plane as in "flat plane" but that flat plane could be a plane of the part of a body of a plane "craft".... On other words not just a single shining point (star) is individual of itself but rather a part of a bigger whole, I M H O :)

I saw something very similar to your experience on (6/11/12) and (6/7/12) in Baltimore. My friends and I were sitting on my deck and a star that has been still for most of the night began to move across the sky then disappeared.

I've been trying to catch it again so that I can call a few people to tell them to go outside and look. By the times I made the calls that night they had stopped moving! I would love to see that again!!

Can someone please help me with my question I know starlight always keeps moving our eyes are sometimes the first thing it's ever seen but why does it look like it's sitting still from so far away why not 10 or 20 feet above my head like a lamp post I can understand if it's the smallest point of light r eyes can see before its to small to see but why looks like it's sitting still from afar

I just witnessed star formation of about 8 in the little dipper formation moving in an unbelievable slow but quick type way. They seemed to make the formation big then back small.they moved together across the sky as one a bit an was kinda illusive. Then you would catch them individually moving but it was like a shift ,shift , shift type of way an I'm here in BIRMINGHAM AL. It was a phenomenal site . you would have to stare at it to really see for a Lil min to see . but something's is up .

i just seen the same thing it looked like double vision of the little dipper . and the big dipper was a bit far off in the background , i got my cell phone but the quality of the cell camera couldn't get nothing , like you said they were the same height of the star's and they stared moving from left to right then they all followed each other to the right of the sky then they stared to appear like they were stopped but just moving slowly like moving away from earth deeper space until they faded black. i was like WTF i'm glad i asked my sister to look up and glad to read this message because i know what i saw. 3/17/2017 ... 9:45 pm western time California South Bay Silicon Valley San Jose skyline. that was freaking weird and cool and mysterious ...

I don't know how I know this I just do. With all of my heart sir no, I do not get paid for anything on KZread. The answer to your question is yes. They do we have been lied to our entire lives. It broke my heart and back in 2016 when I made videos Everybody laughed. So I decided to get a camera and start proving myself. Actually, just a 20 minutes back, I have seen a star suddenly crossing the sky from it's proper place. It's bit faster not just moving. It's not aeroplane, not a satellite. Because, it was hanging in one place then suddenly moved. What do you say!

The stars are definitely what we've been taught to beleive. I can go outside on a clear night and ask God for a sign in the stars and they will start to move across the sky. They are angels, very much alive and made as signs for us just as God told us in the Bible in Genesis 1:14. Enough with the lies, time to teach our kids the truth. Peace.

Please explain this!! I live in VA, the date 4/11/12, the time was somewhere around 10pm. I watch the sky quite often and what hat I saw tonight was unbelievable. My uncle also saw it too! I've seen moving stars before but not like this! I don't think this was an "earth moving" thing because some stars where not moving but a lot of them were. They were actually hovering in the sky, they were coming together and spreading apart! 1 star would turn into 3 stars and then back to 1 star again!

How do we see a star?

1 month ago me and a friend saw 2 star like objects in the sky fusing together then parting a few times then as i began to observe the object and it stopped.A few hours after i saw a moving star-like object kinda with spec of red in it,it was moving at a slow speed to the south then after ~10mins another object heading in the same direction at a different spot then both disappeared. thought they where satellites. But now im starting to wonder it could be anything.

i saw one last week, i was looking at a plane flying over the syky out my window when instincivly i looked up at this star, it seemed that as soon as i looked at it it started to move slowly across the sky, it scared the hell out of me, then it just faded away into the distance, i dont beleive in ufo's, this was deffinatly a star and it was moving, had to come on here to see if anyone else had seen the same thing.

That's right do you stars do move because we live in a simulation and in fact the right above your head. The only way you can notice them is through infrared or UV you can't spot these lights with your normal range of the light spectrum which is only 10% of what we can see. You need a lot of other instruments and tools that suggest data that they're far away but you're wrong they are a lot closer than you think sir. Why do I know that because I filmed them look up UFO Michael Cody and perhaps you'll learn something thank you for your time have a great day.

Sarrah Tiu This is the reason why am here myself.Whilst sitting in my kitchen at odd nights, I notice this one star moving straight forward towards me...I really dont know what it is but it looks like a star cos planes sometimes go right past it and they look completely different so i know its a star just a tiny bit bigger and brighter than the rest and rarely changes colour.Its so odd that i literally wait for it every night as it doesnt always appear but its starting to freak me out a bit.Its always in the same position before i start watching it and after sometime it just starts coming straight towards me till it gets closer sometimes really close and then just stops and after awhile it returns to its starting point or i'll go away and come back to find its gone along with all the other stars and sometimes its the only one that appears but thats only happened twice so far.

Ok can someone explain this to me? I see this happen all the time. Im looking at a star. A tiny red light appears on the side of the star and keeps growing until it consumes the star and its just a giant red dot. Then it disappears. I wasn't hallucinating. I've never done drugs.

ok, i was looking at the night sky here in iceland about 2 weeks ago, just looking at the stars and than i saw one on the move< i thought to myself that this was sertenly a satelite and i was possitive, becous stars dont just move like that, than i freaking stopped! and i was amazed... no satelite can just stop in the middle of the space i think, and i just kept on looking at it really focused- 15 sec later it moved again... but in the direct opposite direction! i was so amazed" what is it?

what about a what appears to be a star moving fast across the sky as though it is flying? I have just seen this, it seemed to start from nowhere (unless was hidden by clouds) and flew across the sky faster than a plane. The photos show a 'tick' formation with a start point but I can't see finish as it is out of view. I have never seen anything like this before.

You guys saw meteors. Cool! These are little chunks of rock, maybe the size of your fingernail or smaller burning-up on entry through Earth's atmosphere. These were likely traveling at something like 50 km/s. See: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meteor The movement of the Stars and Sun (the Sun is a normal star weighing 330,000 time the mass of the whole Earth (a little bit more than your fingernail) is a dance on a grander scale. The Sun orbits the Galactic Center at maybe 220 km/s or so and some star we see (like when passing cars on the highway) are moving at similar or slightly faster or slower speeds. Thanks, Steve

Steven, I had theories of meteors and other 'space junk', however I am really not sure if that is what I saw as it went full virtually length of the sky before vanishing out of view (behind houses, trees etc). Would a meteor burning on entry produce this effect? Is it optical illusion? All it looked like was a star traveling very very fast as it covered whole distance of the sky in short time but not too fast my eyes could keep up with it (my simplest description)

Missy West Yes, I am confident that what you saw was a very small thing burning up: a meteor or (as you mention the possibility) a bit a man-made space debris. I.e a rock the size of a marble (I would bet) or perhaps, but unlikely, a screw dropped by a space-walking astronaut. These sorts of objects are not rare and when burning-up can leave a trail across the whole sky. It could have been larger, up to the size of a boulder, but this would have been recorded as well by others and you could find the sightings online. There have been even larger, rarer objects fall to Earth. But please do not confuse these so-called "shooting-stars" with an actual star. The difference in mass between what you saw and a star is like the difference between the mass of a baseball and the mass of 10,000 Earths. Stars are massive.

I guess it just seems odd as it was traveling in a horizontal direction. Maybe it was 'skimming' earths atmosphere rather than into it, which would account for it to retain integrity and appear to be flying across the sky apposed to appearing as a falling object (if that makes sense). If it had not been moving so fast I would have just said a planes lights minus any flashing...or stationary would just look like a star as it was whitish light. I am aware that stars are massive, I didn't mean that I thought it was a star, I was merely describing its appearance in the night sky. Whatever it was ill never know 100% and just put it down to junk lol. Either way, it was the most impressive thing I have seen and I bothered to take a plane viewing of Haley's comet (disappointing!) >.

I'm not sure how all this adds up. I'm trying to figure out why we can look at star trails and it shows all the stars circling around polaris. This never changes? I don't see how we can spin around, and circle the sun, and the stars all circle the same star, and then we see different zodiacs, all the while spinning around the galaxy... How can that be true?

TehNynja Well, there's no verses that I can think of that make the world out to be flat. Circle of the earth, but every globe shape looks like a circle from a front, bottom, or side view.

People who are commenting I've been doing research as well. This video is not explaining what you have seen. There are certain stars that blast across the sky, satellites move extremely slowly so this is not what I am seeing. The object was definitely not in our atmosphere it was way out in the Galaxy. Stars are stationary when viewed from the ground one star cannot cross the entire sky in 20 seconds period! Ufo mothership..

The eyes are like little telescopes with a lens. It's normal when we strain to see dim objects and the eyes go whack. Stars fly around when the eyes jitter. When the brain keeps moving the little telescopes.

Earth is indeed a giant ball that swings (rotates on its axis) each day to give us all a view to the nighttime stars each night. You are right! We all never see the stars at the same time-- we each must wait until the spinning Earth gives us a nighttime view. Thanks for the question!

You want to see stars move... How about Venus I have over 20 minutes of Venus moving rapidly fast leaving my frame every minute or so. No way Venus can travel that fast. Also it was going counter the earth's rotation which almost 1040 mph. Venus has historically always grows from the East and settled in the West and not on my camera it decided to change its mind and head east going against the grain and following our Earth's orbit or should I say rotation. Since I saw it moving further and further west then it's reasonable hypothesis to say that Venus was traveling much faster than Earth's rotation the velocity of the planet Venus over 25 million miles away and covering the sky the way it did is quite simply impossible. these are not Stars people, but rather nothing more than points of light that get orchestrated by an unknown Force and intelligence that we ourselves can understand. you can look up Michael Cody UFO and you'll find mini videos.

It is not UFO's as in Alien, they do not exist. The Sun is local , man cannot go past the dome

This same experience has been happening to me for the last month and I started to think im crazy until I seen your post.If I stare at a cluster of stars/orbs whatever they are they start to move almost pulsate and turn into more stars or orbs. some times one or two will just take off slowly together on a straight course and disapear I feel like they can read my mind. lol kinda scared

Sounds like the Pleiades Cluster. If you stare at it the eyes want to go jittery! If you look straight at it. But if you look a tiny bit next to it you can count more stars. That's just how the eyes work. A faint fuzzy cluster makes the eyes jump around a little! Averted vision helps to see more. Look "star"aight at it and you see less. The same with the Andromeda Galaxy. On very dark nights I can see it straight on. But some nights I can only see it if I look off to the side slightly. Andromeda Galaxy is freaking awesome when you first see it. In November. There's a bright W in the sky. The sharper V points right at it.

Must you tell lies because you are NASA? A few house ago. I saw stars racing across the sky while others remained still. In a space of about an hour I saw at least 7 stars move. In fact I know they are not start. I just use the work for the sake of conversation.

Not only does it seem fixed, all the other stars seam to spin around it. Its actually because Earth is spinning (not the stars) and its axis (the line connecting the pole) is "under" the North Star, pointing at it.
