    Good use of the old cell phone and microwave parts. Was hoping you were going to use the microwave guide to fry trespassers (LOL). Oh, I wouldn't have mounted the unit on the top corner, personally. I would have mounted it on the hinge side of the door.

    It is incredible what you can do in a few minutes that would take the average person all day and then some to do even if they could think it up. You are a show within yourself and your inventions~!! Most enjoyable to watch and thanks for the free shows~!! Much luck to you.

    You need some way to close the door without having to hold the switch out of the way. Not a big problem BUT needs to be addressed. It's the idea that counts, thanks.

    ive once about 10 years ago have build such alarm system...! Because that place had no direct power line! Using the direct call last number option under one button. You need to look for phone that can call after pressing two times the call button. Also it must be able to maintain that action while keeping pressing that same button. So far i remember the old nokia serie's are best. When you solder two small wire's to the copper button connection you then can use it connecting it to a relay switch so it starts dailing. The most easy sollution is to go with the most simpel cirquit using a 12 volt relais and 1000uf condensator. Connecting it like the car flashlight indicator circuit. So now if you connect your phone on the switching contact it should start dailing soon as you power the relais to start switching. When you place in you door post a magnetic switch and a small magnet. When its all connected then the relais should start switching when opening the door. The only thing then is the fact you must make a bridge connection so that as soon that the door opens then contact is staying on when you close the door. Otherwise you might risk that it didnt start to call its not always directly responding and might sometimes need 3 of 5 to make the connection the slowest switch seems to work best to fast an it wont react...

    If you have a redundent mobile smart phone with a charger, WiFi and possibly BlueTooth, you have a small portable computer. This you can use to save your active mobfone's battery. Then you can do all your other social activities on one. Use another dedicated to one of your hobbies etc..

    Cannot see the video? The first was a cell phone, it had to be disassembled to find the "1" switch contacts where he welded two wires, he then programs the phone so that when 1 was pressed then it woukd call his cellular. The second was a microwave hoven, he took from it the microswitch soldered it to the "1" wires and the on off switch to hallow the alarm to work or not

    Which means you need to keep the alarm phone on the network/on contract for the very rare instance that someone enters while you are gone... I think I would rather do something area denial. Fog machine that removes visibility, pepper spray mist that burns the thief, VERY VERY loud sirens or horns that are painful to be around(this has the benefit of warning the neighbors)...

    You needed some captioning. Could not decipher what you accomplished, and was that a SIM card that you inserted? If so is it an active account attached?

  • @SpiderF27

    @SpiderF27

    4 жыл бұрын

    Yes, that was an activated sim card. When you open the door, the switch is activated and then the phone will ring your inserted number (that will be your own number). The taste that he wired, i think is one of the tastes that you make rapid calls. On the old mobiles you can set up like press the taste 1 call my GF, press taste 2 call my Dad and so on. When you open the door, that wire act like you press the taste to call someone. On your own phone you register that number in your phone book as " HOME ALARM" and you set up that particular Alarm sound to know exactly where the call is coming from without even looking your phone. Here you have it "Intruder Alarm".... Make sure your Magnum 45 it's handy and already loaded.
