What grows hair?
✅Commitment
✅Consistency
✅Care (being extremely gentle)
✅Cleansing (solid scalp and hair cleansing regimen)
✅Crops (crops (vegetables), overall diet, ample water
Hair is constantly growing, but must be maintained to thrive. (Cleansing, grooming)
I have used these ingredients to help me achieve waist length hair. In addition, you must keep your hair in protective styles (twists, braids) for long periods of time. (3 - 4 weeks at a time etc) practice gratefulness, positive mindset, excellent diet, proper sleep, consistency, exercise, gentle detangling, no heat at all (my experience), daily oiling of hair ends , deep scalp massage, diy natural mild shampoos and deeply moisturizing diy conditioners, practice mindfulness and lower stress. The results are my own. All results vary. Hair does not grow long overnight. Average hair growth is 6 inches a year. I started my natural hair journey 10 years ago but had many setbacks as it took many years of research and trial and error to find methods/products that worked for me. Of the 10 years, it took me roughly 4 years to achieve waist length hair.
More insight: I’m a non-smoker and do not drink alcoholic beverages, nor do I take any medications.

    Try bamboo powder because it's the richest known source of natural silica. Bamboo contains over 70% silica. Bamboo has more than ten times the level found in horsetail (5%-7% silica). Actually, when I make my teas for drinking as well as for my growth hair spray I use bamboo powder because it has more silica than horsetail. Everyone and y'all's family have a blessed New Year and always stay blessed and healthy ✝️🙏🛐🕊️

    I love using hair teas/rinses in the shower because they trickle down my hair and body, and it makes my skin feel soft. I also infuse my favorite herbs in ACV and use that every month in my hair when i don't feel like boiling a tea for wash day.

    I want to add hair to my mini twists. Do you think it would be too drying?

  • @tialynn1111

    @tialynn1111

    6 ай бұрын

    Hi, not necessarily, Just be sure you generously detangle and moisturize your hair prior. Also, be careful with how long you keep the hair in…be sure to spray and moisturize the scalp occasionally. If the twists expose some of your hair, I would think that you can apply oils to the hair. Bottom line is to monitor your hair and check in to see if the hair is causing dryness, if so, then I’d advise against, if not, and your hair is still thriving, I don’t see an issue w it. 💕
