Many years ago, my favorite author - Stephen King - wrote a wonderful story called "The Green Mile" - in its original release, it came out in a series of 6 episodic paperbacks.... I remember how excited I was to obtain each new installment, and devoured its contents as quickly as I could, leaving me desperate for the next.... That is exactly how I feel about your video journey, Mr. Hendry - thanks so much for giving me that giddy anticipation once again...cheers !

It's probably the totem of the people of that region. If you go to different places in Botswana e.g Molepolole you'll find the Crocodile, Serowe-duiker, Mochudi- Vervet monkey.

When I was in Chobe, we stopped for tea at a picnic site and of course a troop of Vervet monkeys were on the scene. One stole a banana skin out of the vehicle while we were setting up. Our guide was doing his best efforts to defend our table, eventually we got up for a moment and one jumped down snatched a handful of biscuits in the blink of an eye. Our guide said they are clever enough to be able to recognize the tourists from the guides by the color of our skin, so they know that tourists scare easily but they are very wary of the guides. Interesting but cheeky animals

Thanks. Your birds in Africa are so much prettier than the ones in the states. Our starlings are not pretty and neither is their song. Our Robins are kind of bright colors but i like the looks of African ones better. Like their song better also. I am enjoying your vacation. Some of us can no longer go on vacations in places like Africa. I always wanted to go to Africa as i grew up watching Tarzan movies at the theaters. Course i know that it was not filmed in Africa but still wanted to visit your country. Now I am through your kindness. Once again, thank you so much.
