How can Muslim men sleep with concubines if they're not married? Wouldn't that be Haram on the woman's part?

Concubine is a wrong word used here. The understanding that people have is that of a sex slave when they hear the word concubine. While is Islam there is no thing as sex slaves. You only get to have relations with a war captitive in a way where she get her rights given by Islam, the children of that relationship will have the same status as that of any free Muslim. If she accepts Islam she gets to be completely free. She can't be raped or any thing.....there isn't anything immoral with this, if men can multiple wives then this is just like that with the exception that the war captive will have some rights taken away.

Who want have a relationship with you after you killed their husbands, brothers and fathers; does that make sense to you? But may be it does, because prophet Mohammed did the same with Safiya bent huyay he slept with her the same night he killed her whole entire family that is madness!!!

The fact he killed their relatives is nothing personal it is called war. During the Napoleonic wars many British officers had French mistresses. With regards Safiya she converted to Islam. In addition, regarding concubines some ulama believe it’s forbidden and the Quran orders to “keep them chaste” until a marriage can be arranged, which prohibits concubinage.
