I am an Engineer. Not related to Law by academics, still watch all your videos because the amount of knowledge you deliver in such a crisp manner is absolutely great.

Buddy you are doing god's work by educating people about our law and order... Keep up the good work... I wish you more success because I trust that you will put that status and power to good use... You deserve it.
I really appreciate you speaking in English. I don't speak Hindi nor do I understand it properly, so it's really nice to have access to such important information. Keep up the great work 💌 😊
Sir I'm a recent law graduate with no legal background. I'm preparing for lower judicial services examination. Even after interning with several Senior Advocates, your videos give me an insight of the legal system that I've never experienced before. If by God's grace I clear the exam, I will try and incorporate everything I've learnt from your videos to practice. Thank you for all the efforts.

I can see each word he speaks is very well thought. He never takes back his words once he speaks it. This shows what a brilliant advocate he is. 🙌
Whether or not it helps your career as a lawyer, it most definitely helps your career as a youtuber! I absolutely enjoy listening to you speak.
Thanks sir for inspiring and boosting our strength which we feel as a weakness.
You seem like a great guy Amish! Also videos are very informative. Let’s go! Waiting for more videos!
This is, literally, a very important matter that you have stressed upon sir. A lot of scholars are worried about the same. Grateful!
Thanks bro ...to set right my wild imagination about English while practicing law... Really one should not essentially get cockey with one's linguistic natural gift... And it's not the Only factor alone to win any case in the courts....rather substance matters a lot in acceptable tongues in the Indian courts....👍
By far this the best law channel on KZread....
Thanks sir. This video build me a lot of confidence.
Sir. it is great work you are doing by encouraging young lawyer. thank you
Also, logic and sequence of facts need to be presented in a concise and precise way.
Sir your English is really fluently with clearly
You are a true saviour
Contents of argument are more important. Command on law is much more important. Though good language also matters. But it is secondary.
Thank you for the video.
Highly appreciated
6:35 stutters himself😂😂👍 but not bothered because of facts covered.
Very good video for all advocates like me. I'm doing civil court practice for 6 years at Taluka courts and district court in Maharashtra and we are allowed to argue in Marathi. I was thinking about improving my English as I'm planning to start appearing and practice before hon'ble Bombay high court. But this video has improved my confidence to some extent. Thank you very much.
Thank you sir for your valuable speech
I am 1st year Law student and you inspired me a lot than any other Bollywood celebrity because of explain so truthfully..... and I was wondering the answer of this good english and you made this video... Yes, lawyer needs good English skills. Especially, legal English.
Fluency in English isplayes for getting some favourable order. Could you please make a video on preparing counter and additional addings
Basic English and good logic. It is like "tell me about yourself". It is lawyer to take the case to logical conclusion.
At time of argument in appeal of either criminal or civil case you have to do an appreciation of evidence so you have to take reference from all witnesses(who are examined in court of law) as well as documents exhibited in proceeding of court and then you have to do Critical analysis so how can you do arguments within few minutes depending upon different cases there might be bulky evidence on record so how can you complete your argument or as you said how to compose it in such a manner that within minutes you can complete it
Subscribed.....1st year from your Alma mater.

On using the word junior, the Supreme Court probably said in its judgment that using the word "junior" is against equality.
Speak engish well. That's a positive sign.

Sir, I have one question 😀. Legal advisor for a company is better or working as an advocate is better?

Is showing black flag to politicians a crime? Please explain the laws associated with it.
I want to pursue law degree Sir....i.e three years Law degree. I have done my graduation in English . Can I apply Sir..... which institute is better private / govt
I think this applies to other jobs too
I love the way you articulate yourself using simple words. You also seem to break down a lot of longer sentences with commas (and vocal pauses) - which helps a ton. 😊 I do hear a new word every now and then...but those are technically 'law' related and I quickly google it. 😅 Thanks for everything you do, good sir. ❤️

BIMARU People : Hindi is not a National Language of India.
I think it is important to improve the command over English language as most of the legal material is in English. Judgments are passed in English. Pleadings are done in English language. If anyone is under playing the importance of English language then that is a huge mistake.
Ur choice actually 🙄
👍
//copying this comment from your Akshay Kumar video as you might have missed it. Hi Amish, your videos are very informative. Congratulations on that. Can you please make video on below situation ? i am sure this is very common scenario and large number of people would like to know about it and protect themselves. This is mainly whatsapp forwarded msg case. Friend of mine asked for advice but i am not lawyer hence though of posting it to you for better fool proof advice. Below is the scenario - friend of mine(A) was scared by another friend(B)(member of some political party), based on whatsapp chat. A forwarded some message with photo of political party leader in friends group chat. B went to police tried to file FIR for Defamation of political leader. police reached out to A & A's parent on this. B meanwhile said to A that, you(A) apologize in group chat with giving proper reference of date/time/msg in group chat and he will take complain back. Meanwhile A's parent tried to calm down B saying you both are old friends etc. But B turned out arrogant. Police refused to show copy of complaint. Meanwhile B tried to scare A saying he will also try to take this matter to OBC SC ST people considering the Photo msg was related to such cast. And those people will come to A's house and do protest etc. Basically B scared A a lot. Meanwhile turned out A's lawyer and police of station are closely connected. So A tried to use that to advantage as police also tried to scare B & specially B's parents. Finally B & B's lawyer mentioned give some money to A , some money to police, some to B's lawyer and they will show as matter is resolved outside(Dil jamai)and takes case back. Can you pls make video on this. 1. please explain this case in law's perspective. 2. Can case be filed by party member on the behalf of big political leader for forwarded whatsapp msg. 3. why B asked for apologize with date/time/msg, was it another tactic to frame A to accept mistake? 4. how to deal with such scenario 5. how to deal with such police, how that police be reported with proper way. AS there wont be evidence. 6. what A can do to protect himself from B in the future? (what proactive steps can be taken) 7. Can A file complain against B 8. A is poor fellow hence he doesnt want to get into legal battle but also doesnt want B to keep scaring him lifelong. What are better way to make records straight and A can live happily ever after. Thanks
🙏🙏🙏🙏
