Guys, I somewhat agree to what she is saying but not full. I’m not demeaning anyone or even her but don’t live in delusions. She’s saying “college doesn’t matter” harsh reality is both college( UG) and masters (PG) matters preference will always be given to those who have graduated and did their post graduation from a central university or govt university. PG and UG from a central university does matter even for PhD. As for her she’s done all her UG and PG from private universities and TBH private universities marking system is very very different from central universities. It’s easy to score 9 or even 8 CGPA in private university, in Delhi university even the toppers get 6.8 CGPA. And here she’s an assistant professor at a private university here one can get recruited even without a PhD or jrf.

Is your want permanent job fast as fast possible the Do B.ed get a PGT job. And then try for the assistant professor. If you are comfortable with private job of assistant professor and can study together for parmanent job. Then go ahead with NET.

As long as you have a degree, you’re eligible to be an Assistant Professor

Ma'am apne is vedio mai jo kha ki koi NGO mai ya kahi aur se ...so ma'am kya aap ye bata sakte ho ki hame wosab search kaise karni chaiye...after master hm ky kar sakte hai....kuch v job ya phir jst for experience k liye v ....ky kare jisse hamare liye achi hogi for becoming future professor. And ma'am thankyou so much for this video it was really needed...meri v aachi grades nahi hai but maine v suna acchi grade important hai ... professor banne k liye ....mai .. actually state university se apni masters kar rahi hu and yaha regional language use karte hai and so many other problem are there like mai first time ghar se bhar aai for studies jiske wajhe se mai suru suru mai pharai hi nahi kar pati..thi homesickness k wajhe se sara din bus Ghar Jana Ghar Jana yehi sochti thi...and also nayi jaga aana adjust karna , environment,food , people from everything I was feeling so disturbed inside aur mai ye kisi ko bol v nahi pati thi .aakeli reh reh kar anxiety hone lag gai thi....raat ko aachanak uth kar rone lagti thi samajh nahi aati thi ky Karu ky na ...koi nahi thi baat karne ko kisi se kuch share nahi kar pati thi ...avi toh mai bhut stable ho gai... problem hai phir v ...ab adjust ho gai thori bhut ...but mai inchizo k wajhe se apni Master's ki 1st 2nd sem aache se nahi di jiske wajhe se marks v Kam h And back paper v aa gai thi and it was really unexpected...jiske wajhe se mai aur stress leti thi...🥲and due to stress mai pharai nahi kar pati thi...mujhe anxiety ho thi like everyday day mai raat raat ko uth k roti thi...samajh nahi aati thi ..ky Karu ..and seriously ma'am I only have one goal that it to become a professor..and I know grades matters alot in educational field. Yes Phd will always have more weightage. It’s just ki JRF se during phd Scholarship mil jati hai which really helps otherwise as such koi bada benefit hai nahi

I have seen people getting 9 plus CGPA in central universities so maybe you had bad experiences with universities but some universities do give good grades to deserving candidates

If your universities doesn’t give you grades above 8 cgpa then that can be your justification during interviews but i have seen people getting 8 above cgpa in DU too so you can recheck your stats

In Miranda House College Highest CGPA is 7.6 and in Hindu College it is 7.3 CGPA. I don't know which friend of you secured 8 cgpa. Kindly don't say anything and don't give wrong information to those who are studying in Govt university. Taking admission and securing good marks in GOVT college/University is not a small thing. Panjab University also has same scale for evaluation that goes from 5.8 to 7.5 CGPA. For your consideration i can send you topper details. recheck your people who are getting 8 above 😂

Ohhh that might be a case, i shared what is in my knowledge but your experience is completely opposite. As i have said during interviews you can say these things and justify your marks. Every experience varies for every other individual, here i shared mine and you said yours. So, no one here is to be blamed. Best wishes for your future

I'm not saying it's bad it's good, good for her. But things are very different in central/ govt educational environment.
