Thank you so much to the team behind this video! 🙌 As a beginner learning Czech, your explanation about diacritics (háček, čárka, kroužek) was incredibly helpful. The way you explained it made it so much easier to understand their importance in the language. 🎉 I really appreciate the effort you put into making this content accessible and informative. Looking forward to more Super Easy Czech lessons! 🌟

I imagine that the háček becomes an apostrophe placed _after_ , and not on top, of *d* and *t* so as to make it more easily visible when used with those consonants, right? A _very_ useful video, thank you so much! 😎👍

Co? Myslíte, že umím hláskovat? 😅 No, ale mladí lidé moc ne.

Not using diacritics in these days is just lazyness, I can type full Czech on my phone without any problem, people are just lazy and use default andorid keyboard without any settings to make it more comfortable.

Couldn't agree more with you on that. I can understand someone with a very old phone, or unaware of websites like Lexilogos, not using diacritics or not using them properly, but other than that, there's really no excuse for omitting them. Unfortunately, you see this laziness and carelessness in the writing of speakers of pretty much any language that uses them. 😌

@@ControlledCha0s I was typing with diacritics already on old phones, it was not that comfortable, because sometimes you had to press a number like 10 times to get your Š or something, but it was possible.

Majority of Czechs themselves don’t use them! You think you’re better than them? Most probably new to the language and at some point you’ll stop using them too.

@@CCIE4Life Nonsense, I am native Czech and not using diacritics was, is and always will be lazyness and it says a lot about those people. Ofcourse it was understandable in time like 15+ years ago on oldschool phones, but not now and especially not when you type on real keyboard on computer, there is no excuse for not using diacritics and it can be pretty hard to read longer text without that, I mostly don't read it, I am not Sherlock Holmes.

Maybe I can’t generalize based on my experience but I’ve seen a lot of Czechs texting without diacritics! I do the same and I hope you don’t mind :-)
