    1:11:45 you have D & T loops in the wrong position it needs to be swapped around. D is on the right and T is on the left

    44:50 hmm I'm confused. coding or sense strand contains the same sequence as the mRNA, except for replacement T - U, and the template or antisense has the complementarity and acts as the template. i think that you said the opossite but correct me if i'm wrong

    i don't know if you still need the answer but the mRna would be similar to the template strand except (A & T ). because it is complementary to the coding strand of the DNA and remember the coding strand of the DNA is complementary to the template .
