Hello mam. I have a doubt . please clarify it for me. cdna is derived from mrna. so wont the sequences in cdna andoriginal dna be the same? then how can cdna hybridize our probe dna?

cDNA lacks non coding sequences while the original dna (without pmts) consists of both coding and non coding sequences

When i search topic on youtube i first use extra word by bansal biology,If i not get any video then i get dipression 😥 Because the clarification here i find unlike nothing where else.
