yeah same here.i thought the combat was top notch and the music was intense. plus when the game starts its not slow paced, it immediately introduces you to break neck speed action

This game had potential that I sense was only partially realized. Imagine if they remade this remake. Fleshed it out with something a bit more fluid and open world. More weapons or compelling and impactful weapon combos. Fleshed out story and so on.

What's wrong with combos here? You can keep every enemy stunlocked (except Witch, Dreamrunner and Harpy, though when the latter does its hyperarmour move it stays in one place) There are also multiple ways of dealing with packs of trashmobs in the matter of ~seconds. So what exactly do you think is missing? "Limb extension" moves like in Bayonetta?

open worlds are always cancer but originally these guys wanted to make an actual devil may cry game but capcom was huffing glue during those years and they told them to make the game as distinct to devil may cry as possible
