The quality of the pocket 3 is a lot better than I expected! It is even better than the phone video quality IMO. The thing that really stood out is the auto exposure algorithm they use is even better than the ones use on larger Sony mirrorless cameras, such as the A7Siii. (eg. when walking past a bright sign, the rest of the image doesn't suddenly go black). The audio is recorded straight from camera, and is decent, but might opt for recording with external recorder in the future. Hope to use this camera more for bike rides in the future once a suitable 3rd party mount is released. The 10-bit HLG is straight from the camera? I've been able to use the Pocket 3 with the GoPro chest mount with the tripod mount that came with it. A simple tripod mount to GoPro/Actioncam adapter did the trick. It felt steady enough that I wasn't worried about it flying off.

Did you color grade the walking video or was it straight from the camera?

Was the originally encoded color profile BT.2020? Or you had to change it to bt.2020 before uploading?

This camera is really great for this kind of night time walking videos. The colors and dynamic range look pretty good. And there are no lens flares whatsoever. Good stuff! I think the 'D-log" looked the best.

I freakin love it,a way better option than mounting a phone on a gimbal and a lot easier than filming with a full camera rig. This is the sweet spot for people who want to film without standing out like a dogs nuts. 🐕🥜

The image is incredibly bright and sharp, and it resembles the quality of a professional camera.

That was real. Sensory overload. Picture, colours, sound were all sumptuous. Gotta say, if I spent an evening there I'd probably require two weeks in the countryside, tree hugging, to recover!

Tokyo isn't as chaotic as you may think. Everything is organized, and people are silent in the metro. Large European cities are much more exhausting.

Excellent video. I appreciate you trying so many different modes, including HLG which I haven’t seen others test. The normal modes at high frame rates are great. Not sure there’s much point in the “low light” modes. The sensor is big enough to do that for us. Stabilization is fantastic. Thanks again for the video.

Are the HLG and night mode segments graded or straight from camera? I didn't think the night mode could even produce HDR content; if it can that would be pretty neat.

Fantastic quality video. Seems like one of the best video cameras right now. It would be interesting to know how much 4k video you can fit onto a 512gb memory card before it fills up, if you can keep the DJI powered with some sort of exteral power bank. The standard lens says it is 20mm. Is that a true 20mm or would it be 30mm if you adjust for the crop factor?
