Great comparison! What did you use to record the audio? Sound fantastic! And did you ado any EQ in post?

Thank you! I use the tascam dr-10L external recorder and sync the audio in Premiere Pro, but the on board mics are pretty darn good on the Pocket 3 as long as there's not a lot of background noise.

ok. well, I have all the equipment already including smallrig mini ball adaptor so that's convenient.

Thanks for the info did i miss the link for the go pro to 1/4 adapter ordere the smallrig but tha wont work with the TELESIN and i need somthing long to elevate the camera on the dance floor while people are dancing we are DJs please send me the link to purchase thank you great video camera arrives from DJI tomorrow

Hey thanks! Some people are using the extended Insta360 handles. I know they have a few different versions.

Wide angle lens could be a more simple solution and less bulk to lug around.

I like Neewer, Telesin and insta360 has some extendable selfie sticks with a 1/4" connector and you can search for a gopro swivel adapter.

Best places to buy it are the DJI store through Amazon and Best Buy. $519 for standard kit and $669 for the Creator Combo

These are all temporary solutions. I think that DJI will release an analogue of Extension Rod (Part 1) for Osmo Pocket 3, as for the previous Osmo Pocket and Pocket 2. It is important not only to move the camera away from you, but also to be able to control the camera. Why did the Extension Rod have a lot of buttons and a mount for a smartphone.

The telesin extendable selfie stick is designed for GoPros and the remote can control the power and shutter buttons.

@@DigitalOutdoors , Let me remind you that the Extension Rod (Part 1) had a joystick to control the gimbal. There are also buttons for switching stabilization operating modes. It would be nice if the new version had a control wheel so that the gimbal would rotate depending on the speed of its rotation. I also wanted its length to increase.

This is the d-log m flat color profile. I had the sun blasting me but my ND filter did a good job keeping me from being over exposed. I suppose I could've dropped the shadows and raised the saturation a little.

@redesignedlife777 This has a rec709 lut on it with minimal color grade. It's pretty weak but if you have quality settings on 4k in youtube you can see the greens come out in the trees and blue in the skies. The rest is just desert blah 😃
