I also find 90 degree works much better in ReelSteady/Gyroflow. 180 degree as a "rule" seems to be made for fixed cameras filming motion, not for when the camera itself is moving quickly. To me, freestyle at 180 degrees can end up looking really out of focus when the whole frame is blurred out by the slow shutter, and is especially bad when it's only 30fps.

Yep, the 180 rule is not meant for fast moving cameras like we have in FPV. It just looks bad and way too many people are pushing this terrible narrative...

Great instructional/tutorial video. My photography skills are a bit rusty. This is a very helpful video. Your setting regarding the 03 air unit will no doubt help a number of people get the best out of their new 03 Air unit. I've always use a UV filter on my SLR cameras to add a bit of protection to my lenses. This is a great tip for FPV, pilots, unfortunately not many manufacturers make UV filters for Polar vista or Runcam wasps. The 03 units have a plethora of choices as they were made for the AVATA. Thank-you again for making this video. It's extremely helpful and well put together. I will definitely use this video should I purchase the 03 air unit.

Great information provided at the beginning of the video. The ND filters look great, it is nice that they provide a great amount of filters. You should definitely use a ND filter or UV filter, it protects the camera lens to some extent. I don't know anything about camera settings, so this was a great video to learn from someone that knows what he is talking about. Awesome video Albert.

All looks very good. I have a dji air unit that wouldn't show a picture in my goggles. I put another one in the drone and it worked so no issues with setup or wiring of the quad. I put the the first one back in and nothing. I took the antennas off (under a fan) and powered it up and there was a picture again. Plugged the antennas back in and powered up and no picture again. They are original dji antennas. I did this ten times and the result was the same every time. Anyone have any idea what is going on? Thanks.

How did you get 100iso? My Lowest possible ISO setting is 200 and highest 6400?

@@AlbertKimTV The right motion blur ( teory ) is double the speed from your frame rate..???.... and the ND is using for reduce the bringt,.... ( corecttion if i'm wrong ).

Motion blur is overrated. Too many wanna be cinematographers. Just slap on motion blur in post and most folks problems are fixed.

Hi Albert, when you say you swipe the screen to have access to the shutter speed etc… on what do you swipe the screen? What screen? I have a dji airunit03 in 3 of my iflight quad but i don’t know where to access shutter speed…

On the goggle interface pad you swipe up to bring up the camera setting. You have to change it from auto to manual to set shutter speed.

Not its intended purpose but the ND filters could act as lens protectors for the o3 air unit camera too HAHAHAH. I never had a proper action camera with NDs so yea I have really little experience with them.

1 do 1/240 depends how dark it looks. but darker is better than brighter

Brighter is better than darker for pre-edit footage. That's my personal preference. It's easier to darken the footage than make it brighter post-production.
